Attendant was rude. We arrived at 4:05 for a 3:30 appointment and was told there was no one there to help us. The U-Haul person was gone and the system was shut down. After a heated discussion we were finally told that we could do everything online but didn't offer to help. I will never recommend this location or use it again. If this is my only option next I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was charged refueling and cleaning fees on a truck that I returned fueled and clean! This place is racist against disabled people and Hispanics!!!! I’m very disappointed with this. I have use U-Haul frequently at other locations and this has never happened before!!!

Customer service on toll free line was horrible! Called three times to check and recheck that there would be a smooth and timely pickup using mobile truck share pickup. Reassured by 3 separate reps that despite my informing them that my account was not showing my reservation, “there will be no problems picking up.” We sat on the lot of the U-HAUL pickup location for 1 1/2 hours on the line with yet another representative trying to get our truck that we had reserved a week in advance, while workers were waiting at our house, on the clock, to load the truck. We lost $100+ for their time, because U-Haul had misinformed us over and over again. Asked to speak with a manager, was rudely informed that if we had added our reservation to our account we would have had no problems. I explained that we had done our due diligence in trouble shooting any issues ahead of time and was never told that we needed to do anything of the sort by the representatives. Also, explained that we had lost money because of the mixup, even though we were not at fault and the manager didn’t seem to care one bit. I received an email later that day explaining that U-Haul would make things right by extending a $10 gift certificate to be used in the future on U-HAUL goods or services. Thanks but no thanks!! Our experience with U-HAUL was costly, unnecessarily stressful and left a very poor impression of how U-HAUL treats their customers. I am afraid that many others have probably had the same uncaring customer service. U-HAUL should be ashamed!

Flynn's did fine. Fast and friendly service. No complaints at all with that location. My comment has to do with UHaul in general. Flynn's was a long way out of my way. There is no justifiable reason I shouldn't have been able to rent the truck and trailer I requested in the fairly major city of Worcester, MA. This location was 15-20 miles from where I originally requested and hours later than I originally requested. It almost completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation.

Train the guy at Flynn’s to check in the trucks better and to look at the notes that uhaul put there so I would not get charged for fuel since the gauge was not at 1/2 a tank when I pick up truck it was 1/4 called uhaul they took care of this and noted the contract but Flynn’s did not read the notes and charged me for fuel anyways. Not very happy w Flynn’s at all the guy was rude not just this time but the time before this also when I rented a one way fro Vt to mass I had to keep the truck xtra days and the guy was very rude to us from Flynn’s about us keeping the vehicle xtra days saying he needed the truck for rentals when I was still renting this.... once again not happy w Flynn’s in Dudley mass will never rent from this location or give any business at all to this facility.....

I had canceled a 10’ truck and ordered a 15’ truck and prepaid. I did receive a cancellation notice and was told to go to the Dudley location, not Auburn. After I got the truck, I received a call from Auburn saying that my prepaid truck was waiting. Evidently, first truck wasn’t canceled even though I received a notice. I was told that the charges would be reversed but have not seen it yet.

They did not have available a 7 blade to 4 flat adapter for the trailer to rent, and then we had to go buy an adapter at walmart that was 10 miles away. Then once they were placed on the trailer, they would go on and off.

I wasn't able to quickly pickup scheduled truck. This is because there's no cell service and no WiFi. When dropping it off there was no one to check it and get a receipt. I had to call uhaul to get one sent to me. The receipt was accurate. This is my second rental from this location. I will have to find one with wifi or cellphone service.

Owner of the establishment was extremely rude and unprofessional. He physically threatened me in front of my daughter. I would like someone to contact me so that I can file a formal complaint. The owner of Flynn’s shoukd lose his franchise.
