The inside of the cab was dusty and had not been wiped down from many use's. I wiped the inside down with bleach and water and the clothe was black. With Covid they should do a better job of making d as ire the vehicle is sanitized.Tommy S.

Fortunately this was only a drop off location. Very confusing parking area cluttered with non U-haul vehicles. Nobody was at the front desk when I went in. Had to enter the auto repair shoo to find someone to unhitch the trailer. No paperwork was provided. He said he would email me the receipt and I still have not received it. I would not recommend this location. It doesn't fit in with all the other locations I have used and I've used many.RODNEY S.

I ordered 3 different type of dollies for our move and the truck was empty. I called customer service and he said he took the charges off but then I was charged for four dollies. I'm not happy. It was very hard to make the move without the equipment I ordered.Conan B.

If he doesn't work on sat or sun, then don't have return delivery dates on those days to be able to check in. I don't appreciate the calls and texts from uhaul asking me where the truck is and saying they will send a recovery team if not addressed, in which it was addressed and the file was noted that it was returns to the same location 3 hours after receiving it. If I didn't pay attention to it I most likely would of got charged for 3 days instead of 3 hours. Also look at the gps and see that it's parked at the destination before asking where it's at.Nick S.

The parking lot itself is full of debris, nails, screws and small trash. They could fix many issues with a good landscaper. The drop off box for the key is not secure and does not look like the drop box depicted on the uhaul website.MARIA E.

Had to drive 30+ minutes to this location because Customer Service said they would charge me 3x what I paid for the rental if I dropped the trailer anywhere else. There was another location less than a mile from my house that would have been much more convenient. When scheduling online, I did not have an exact address where I was going so I did not know where the closest drop-off location would be. Online when you schedule it says the drop off location can be changed and the customer service rep when I picked up the trailer told me to just google the closest location for drop off. Apparently none of that is correct unless you want a huge charge. Super inconvenient.Mariah S.

Had to extend my drop off date. Was on hold at uhaul for 1.5 hours! Went online as recorded message suggests to extend my drop off date. Online said there was a family needing my trailer. So I drove all the way across town to drop off location and he had several other trailers and said just keep it no problem. You customer service line in bad and you online service is also bad.KENNETH W.
I rented a 26' truck to move my belongings from New Braunfels, TX to San Leon, TX. I tried to reserve the truck online and was very disappointed at the number of add ons the web site kept trying to add, i.e. I did not need any dollies and when I arrived to pick up the truck I was told that there were 3 dollies added. I informed the owner to please remove them and to add 24 pads. I got the truck and 24 pads and the safe move and clarified it was a one way trip. On May 17 I was able to access and print my email and I was not pleased to see I had been charged for dolly rental and $200.00 for Missing charge! I called the merchant in Dickinson for assistance on the missing equipment charges and it appears I was double charged on the rental. She was very curt and said I needed to call 1-800 GO UHAUL. I tried to explain the purpose of the call and she repeated call 1-800 and then hung up on me. Next I called the merchant in New Braunfels and he was more polite and said he could not help and to call 1-800 go uhaul. I called the 1-800 number and was on hold for 30 minutes to speak to a representative and explained the situation and gave the rep the contract number and then I was placed back in the queue and on hold for over 20 minutes again. At that point I had work to do. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I am requesting that a Customer Service Rep call me and if I do not answer please leave a direct call in number by 5/20/2021. I have rented from Uhaul many times in the past and have had no issues that were not resolved by the store operator. Provide customer service.William H.
