Courteous and efficient.
Brian Ji was told the existing damage on the truck should be reported at the end since I had insurance. The clerk realized that was not a good option so took care of documenting the damage before I left. Please advise all locations to do the right thing and have a list of problems before the renter arrives to be signed off at delivery.

SHEILA HWell I rented a moving van for four days pay cash for every thing the insurance the hole 9yards I finish the move in one day so I called before closing time to let them know I was taking back the van the owner told me to bring it tomorrow because they were going to leave so I turned back home. The next day the naber has parked be hind my and he had a flat tire no spear so that held me back from leaving .when he finally got a spear I took off idroped off the van but when the guy that check the van back in he changed me for another day but then only gave me back $18 back I should have gotten back the money for the 2days I didn't use or need the van so that's why I would not recommend u haul to any one in fact I would advise them not to use u haul it's to expensive

Joe ROnly thing I can think of is maybe closing time can be extended 1 hour, but then again the next person would want 2 hours. I’m sure the 5 pm closing is well balanced for operator and customer.

SAVANNAH MDuring drop off, we were told we went over the allowed miles. We experienced bad weather the day we left. We went out about 30 minutes and turned around to go home. We left the next morning. We were charged an extra $52 for going 47 miles over. No one was interested in helping. I guess an extra $50 is worth knowing that you were safe, but I won’t be using UHaul any longer unless I am immediately reimbursed and this egregious protocol is revoked.
