The steering wheel and the vehicle were awkward to drive. The steering requires a mechanic to repair the way it responds to turning and steering. Found it to be dangerous.

KUN H.Your customer service attendants and clerks are preety bad, and the website doesnt help either. First I went to the Barnett Hwy location, I found the clerk slepping behind the counter, and after she woke up and I made her a question I barely could understand what she said because of her poor english, I decided to leave and try the call center, it worked but the attendand passed me the impression she was doing me a favor by answering my questions. If I had another option for truck rent close to me I certainly wont rebt with Uhaul. What I wrote above was related to Canada call centre and Barnett Hwy branch. I had no problems with the Kingsway location.

MOHAMMADSADEGH F.I had to use this location because it was near where I wanted to pick up items. I was unable to use the mobile phone to check-in and pick up the 9' cargo van on the reservation time. The system was telling me that you need to wait for the store to open and do hand delivery. waited 40 min until the owner shows up and she was very rude with zero customer service. I explained the situation to her and she said "YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT" I showed her the Uhaul message on my phone screen and she was very ignorant and just ignored me. Never going to use this location due to horrible customer service.

Milad D.When I returned the vehicle I accidentally locked the key in the cab. The desk person, not Molly, told me they didn't have a spare. He did not mention that he would have to call the tow truck. I've been charge $75.00 I would've been happy to call BCAA. I have 4 free calls left. I assumed he would be getting his boss to get a key. But instead He told me to go home and wait for a phone call. I received a call and was told By Molly that I'd be charge $75 and it's too late to call BCAA. And by the way I was two hours early dropping off,So there was plenty of time for me to call BCAA had they mentioned this. There was three hours of time for me to do this before the next booking. So unfortunate. Especially with the stress of moving.

Michael J.Would have preferred a person to person check in when I brought the van back. I only ended up needing it for 4 hours so brought it back very early. I was told I couldn't bring in my keys to the store, just use the drop box. So I worried for the rest of the day and overnight it might be vandalised or stolen.

jeff I.Have your Uhaul APP for pickup out of hours working...I had to wait until the location was open, because your shitty app had crashed. A HUGE waste of my time and major stressor on moving day. Thank goodness the person working at this location was excellent, friendly and efficient, and very used to dealing with irate customers who had been let down by the shitty Uhaul APP and Uhaul telephone call centre that did not answer their calls.

Arash J.The cab looked like it had never been cleaned or sanitized! I wiped it down with my own Lysol wipes and they all came away filthy. The right door also didn't close properly. It was one of the worst POS rentals I've ever had. Perhaps your employees can clean and sanitize before renting out your equipment.
