Front desk was pre occupied packing flowers , start my transaction and the stopped in the middle to pack her flowers for a guy picking up . Office was a mess , bird poop everywhere

Olga SierraThe lady that was working there at the time, told us to return the rental at a certain time but never told us we would be charge an inconvenience fee to leave the key in the drop box since the place don’t open on Sundays . A lot of miscommunication. If it was communicated properly we would’ve return the rental during business hours and avoided all the extra charges . Highly disappointed!

BOBBIE ANKENFlower shop was messy, representive was almost 30 mins late, he was disorganized and lack handling skills in terms of helping customers. I ordered a dozen pads on my order and that was not in the truck. I ran late coming back with the truck because he was late and no remorse or compensation.
Kamara FrancisI requested and paid for two sets of moving blankets. The blankets were not in the truck when I picked it up. I noted this in the initial documentation and the finalizing documentation. I was still charged for the blankets. I have called the location twice and promised return phone calls each time and I have yet to receive a refund for the missing blankets.

As this is not the primary business, it seemed as though I was a nuisance, since I wasn’t there to buy flowers. When I dropped off the truck, she was too busy to check in. I am still waiting for a receipt. She told me it would be emailed to me before my scheduled check-in time which was 3 PM.

He really made the process of getting the truck easy and helped me to use the VIP certificates I received due to the last horrible experience I had with Uhaul. This location was amazing. Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family looking to rent from uhaul .

wimberg suarezI am very upset that the first location (Store 66) did not have my moving truck ready, and I waited an hour on the phone to have uhaul transfer me to Flowers Jungle, I lost my deposit for my movers since I arrived back to my house hour and half past my time. Also, I was charged for dolly which was not in the truck because it was not my original location.

pam keeterThey are a flower store and also rent uhaul trucks on the side. I guess the man did the best he could to make the rental experience the best he could but the facility is like a trailer filled with 1800flower vases and trinkets (not a typical uhaul facility) and its rather ratchet and run down, but hey, this is Lake Worth, you get what you get there. Pleasant people but certainly no frills here. If your looking for a 5 star up class facility you wont find it here, they have birds with open cages roaming around inside the flower shop, haphazard displays of flowers. but if your looking to just rent a truck and get out of there then its sufficient. - hey, just saying it like it is...

I recieved emails saying my '15 truck is guaranteed to be there September 7 10:00am. But to my surprise Nothing was even assigned to me so because of my need and the urgency of my time i had to pay extra for the bigger truck and take care of my task. I'm glad there was a bigger truck and not a small because i would have been out of luck and in a big jam of a spot if couldn't take care of what i needed done on Saturday but i just which because of your in writing Guarentee about the size i reserved i should have not been charged for UHAUL's mistake.
