Doug W.The roof of the truck i rented leaked water all over my stuff. I was told that I was made aware that the truck leaked and I was using at my own risk. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT. I'll never use uhaul again because of this.

Larry C.Staff was friendly. However truck was far from clean. Windshield was filled with bug spatters, dash was pretty gross. Spending an extra 10 minutes cleaning the vehicle between rentals will go a long way.
Thomas L.Inside the cab had something sticky all over the console and the passenger floor, the back was left messy as well. I understand how quickly the vehicles are being rented out and it's hard to keep up on cleaning them. Everything else went very well!
Alyssa T.I reserved an appliance dolly and a regular dolly. Neither were in the truck when I picked it up using the mobile pick up option. Not only were they not in the truck, I was also charged for them. I waited an hour and 10 minutes on the phone to get these charges refunded. It's just been a really bad experience
David H.I rented the truck to be picked up in caselton but they called and sent me to anderson, when i got there the guy was rude and a little angry at me being sent there, and there no truck in anderson. so i called and they sent me to muncie, so i had to drive an hour out of my way to get the truck
Ricky R.Disorganized. The truck wasn't "check in" so the guy had to check it in, before checking it out. The app for u-haul was sooooooooooooooooo Slooooooooooooooow. Twice. No one has time for that on a moving day. Truck was dirty... with ants. The check engine light was on the entire time. Told the guy before I left. "It's ok unless there's a clicking noise." 藍He said. Truck lunges forward during downshifts. This was my first time using a u-hual. The guy was trying, but it was not a good experience. However, it could go fast on I-69. Solid plus, in that respect. I hate Muncie. Have a great day.

RONALD T.I am going to have to take legal action. When I dropped off the truck, I was asked to pay outrageous amount of fees on top of what I already paid. The truck was very damaged on the exterior, and was dirty on the exterior. This company is renting out uhaul equipment and charging fees for things that they are not performing. I have multiple pictures of how dirty the interior was, it smelled like smoke and I had to use air spray to get it to go away. Interior was so dirty. The truck was 3k miles over due for an oil change, and the oil was almost 1qt low. I had to use money out of my pocket to buy a quart of oil so I could safely use the truck for my trip. The experience was horrible. And the fact they want to charge me more fees for a bad experience is beyond me. How am I going to get charged for a cleaning fee when the truck was disgusting when I picked it up in the first place. I need to talk to someone higher up to refund me the fees that I denied to pay at the time of dropping off the pick up truck.

ROBERT J.I got screwed on gas, I put half tank back in it when I returned it $42, then they added another $40 for fuel, so I paid over $80 in gas to drive 71 miles.. never again

Adam B.The person working the desk was very nice, but she did not know how to fix my reservation. Uhaul cancelled my reservation and the worker at this location had to call customer service and put me on the phone with them to have them make a new reservation for me. I asked why my original prepaid reservation was cancelled. They said because the location was closed, I informed them I was currently standing in the store and they in fact were not closed. So I had to pay again for the truck I reserved and wait for my refund from the original reservation.
