No employee was present the 2 times I went there. Very confusing and I probably did things I shouldn't have and have worried ever since. Also, I couldn't get anyone on the telephone there and the voicemail box was full.

The oil light stayed on, oil fluid was at proper amount when checked. brakes squeaked bad/grinded. No one contacted us about the changed pickup location or changed return location or contacted us at all. Then was charged extra for milage and brought back with more fuel than when picked up...didn't get any reimbursement for that. Not a very good experience with uhaul.

Went several times to talk with someone in person during posted hours. And location was closed. Because of this I had to rent online and not purchase supplies because I did not want supplies shipped. The truck was dirty in the cab plus had some trash in cab and back. Candy wrappers and packaging etc.

making sure that operators of the location are aware of and care about client reservations. I had a 10am registration for a truck and only after 2 calls, 1 transfer, and a two hour wait, I was able to get a truck. the success of this rental is contributed to the professional and apologetic manner of the field manager, (who's name escapes me) who arrived at the location, cut new keys for 2 trucks for myself and another client and he was able to get us on our way. I would comment that the agents at uhaul I spoke with were also very helpful and quickly as possible got the ball rolling to ensure my reservation was completed. Overall, Uhaul did a great job, the owner/manager at this Flippin, AR location dropped the ball. I would recommend this location, because we are a small rural town and convenience is a factor, but I would advise them to contact the business during regular business hours to assure reservation

Only problem nobody is ever there and your app was broke and nobody never bother to telll before hand and was on phone for 1:2 hour trying to get truck checked out very frustrating and made me late

Should note on the website that the price is just to hold a vehicle and that you will be charged a higher price when you actually show on the webpage. I rented thinking the price was 29.95 as shown on the webpage then ended up being $89 and change. That was a total wallet shock. Was glad to see I was only charged $69 for use, but still more than the price reflected on your website.

No personnel on site. Nobody answers phone even during posted hours of operation. How would somebody even rent a truck from here ?!!! Could hear phone ringing in building, but nobody there !

The location was closed when I got there on time at 4:30, and it said they closed at 5. I had to wait almost a whole hour before I got my truck and was able to leave the location. I will not reserve a truck from this location again, and probably not from U-Haul again. This was very unprofessional and I was not satisfied.

Agent was not there when we arrived because he went to get a bite to eat. He was very rude to a new customer, yelling at him about looking at HIS personal boat that was stored on site. Overall, he was extremely unprofessional, dressed sloppy and was unkempt.
