The truck I rented was full of dog hair. It's sad to say that I'm allergic to dogs. I had to stop to vacuum it out and take a Benadryl. I love U-HAUL but Please... Hold your associates responsible for the upkeep of your trucks. ( No one walked outside with me to inspect the van. The girl Lisa was cutting hair).DELORIS C.

Well my order was to be checked in online so I didn't need the place to be open is what uhaul order payment online said business not open use mobile app to the link for keys. Well when I got there mobile app said check inside well on a Sunday this business didn't open until 1pm my pickup was at 10. So if the business was not open I would have to wait until 1pm to get a key when my reservation was at 10am that was totally wrong and unfair of uhaul if I had to wait. Luckily a nice awesome lady had the store open for something and she helped me by calling uhaul and doing the rest of the steps uhaul never sent me. She had the keys inside her business and I asked why they schedule me for 10am if you don't open until 1pm if she wasn't happen to be there getting something I would have never gotten the key. Uhaul needs to be better at no contact online pick up. How would I get the key at 10 if nobody was there until 1pm. The business was awesome to help me so thankful everyone was in the right place at the right time or this was going to be a bad experience for uhaul. Fix it uhaul so others are not confused. Have someone on site to handle the rentals. I had to wait in a barber shop for 30 minutes to get my u haul when I had already done everything online and even did the pre-check in. We got there at 10 and didn't get the u haul until 10:30. Also. I had elected to decline the insurance when I signed up online and the rep tried to charge me for it.Eric S.

I was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul at 8:30 a.m.. however the barbershop did not open at 1:00 it took me an hour and a half to find someone and finally get the U-Haul truck. I should not have been allowed to schedule a pickup time when the business was not open to give me the key. It was very frustrating and time consuming and I think a discount is in order.Sherri J.

When I picked up the van at 10am it was very dirty and the tank wasn't full. I took a picture for my record. I returned the the same day at 4:30p and put the same amount of gas that was in it. I advised the agent/barber and she said she knew the van wasn't filled before I got it. When I received my final bill via email I was charged gas for not filling it up. I've bern trying to resolve this issue without any results.karen V.

This is a barber shop, is good business for the owner i believe is a good extra income but the people there don't look friendly, when I need to rent again I will find another location to pickupLandiro V.
There was a bra and cigarette butts in the cargo compartment. When picking up the vehicle, I was met with a person (the barber) who didn't seem to be associated with the operation. He communicated with someone via text message who ultimately called to process the order. The pick up took more than 20 minutes. The â€œbarberâ€ went outside eventually to inspect the vehicle and came back in. I was handed the shop's phone and a woman told me that the tank was full and I should return the vehicle at full. I signed no paperwork (which I feel like I have typically done in the past). When I got into the vehicle and started driving the vehicle only had half a tank. I called the shop back to indicate that, but the person wasn't available. I took a picture of the mileage, key (with serial visible), and gas gauge in view. This is the second time I've had an unusual experience with uhaul. I doubt I will use your service again in the future as the businesses that the organization uses to function don't seem to have any idea how to operate a business.Alex M.

There was an incorrect gas charge for $34.00 when i only drove 6 miles i put $12 of gas in it. They were stating that the truck had 5/8 of a tank when it only had a little bit more than 1/2 a tank. The lady said she was going to speak with a supervisor and get back to me but im still waiting for a replyJoseph C.

I was very up happy when i received the email of my bill.. Reason being i was charged for gas when i put the same amount of gas in it as when i received it. I called and spoke back with the representative that handed me the key and she said she would have to call her boss to see what he says. She called me back and told me that her boss said that i need to call this 1800 number and send a pic of the gauge and send it to him. So of course i did not have any pic of the gauge before my husband drove it off. We didnt think we would have a problem because it was never a issue before. So baiscally im stuck with a additional $25 dollar charge to my bill for gas.. I think its not right and let this be a lesson to anyone renting a Uhaul. Please take a pic of the gas gauge because its basically your word against them if you have no proof. I really dont l Iike when people try to get over on me when i dont have any reason to lie about it.. I was basically told by rep that it was on 7\8 of a tank by what her laptop shows.. When we went out to the truck all she showed me was that the back of truck was cleaned and she showed me nothing at all about what the tank was on.KATERA F.

After being turned down by another location cause the only uhaul they had available would have been â€œover killâ€, I found myself here. It was perfect, everyone was nice and professional. I only needed the uhaul for about 2 hours. I was given a quote but ended up paying less since we over guessed on the miles. I will only use this location in the future.Holly P.

My problem was not with the Flipmore location but the Phillips hwy location. They were rude and unable to give me customer service. It almost made me never use uhaul again. The Flipmore location quickly changed that for me.BRIAN G.
