I had to wait around for a while until I went to the car shop to ask someone what to do with the rental. Their workers were hanging out and no one bothered to help me which was really rude.

Trailer did not track well and would get into progressive swaying until dangerous. I had to apply hard braking to engage the trailer brakes to get it to stop. When I returned the trailer, there was no one from Uhaul to tell them. Some other gentleman helped me unhook the trailer, took down my name and phone number

The drop off process knocked me out once I received a phone call in the middle of taking pictures and it wouldn't let me finish the process

Make sure the truck is running good. Our truck was broke and it took 2 days to get it where we were going then it said we were over the miles. We sent between 700 to 800 dollars to get here. Stopping for gas every hour and filling the truck up every time. There is a leak in the tank and the exhaust

Streamline the laborious mobile phone method of U Haul rental. Atlthoug use of a mobile application greatly expands the availability selection of rentals, the process itself is too complicated and time consuming.
