When I returned the uHaul truck I rented, it was very windy and I jumped out of truck. The wind blew the door shut and the next day I was charged $259 because I left the key inside. I am aware that they have extra set of keys and feel like I was charged for something I was not at fault.Mary B.

App wouldn't hold my information and didn't show my reservation. First truck didn't have all the dolly's I requested. When trying to start truck battery was dead. Passcode on lock was â€œDickâ€- very unprofessional. 2 nd truck no dollys and tank on empty air conditioning didn't blow cold at all. Extreme heat by gas pedal when driving- burned my leg. Worst experience ever- first and last time I will use U-Haul. Never received â€œcreditâ€ for gas I had to pay for out of my own pocket. I feel I should get a full refund for all this mess stress and non sense I had to do/deal with. Very disappointed.Dana C.

Not back the truck up to the bushes. Could not get behind truck until I got the keys out of the lockbox. Other than that everything was great. The attendant I spoke with to schedule my equipment was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Very satisfied,Jacqueline L.

My pick up experience with the location was fine and the owner/worker was pleasant. However, this was NOT even in the town I requested to pick up. It was 55 miles out of my way to pick up this trailer. I was not told until the afternoon before pickup that I would need to go 55 miles out of my way and that they closed at 4:30 which meant taking an afternoon off work to accomplish the pick up. So I give you guys a 100% Thumbs Down for poor execution and not actually serving the customer. What is a reservation in a certain city for if it can't be fulfilled on the date of execution?!??!!Nelson S.

contact free pickup is a joke. I waited for 30 minutes and never got help online. Employee at service pickup didn't want to help, but finally did. I was also charged a cleaning fee and that's ridiculous. It was just as clean when I dropped it off as when I picked it up.Heather L.

The 1st location in Yorktown Texas was closed Down for busIness and I was Not told it was so, I had to spend 30 minutes trying to find another location to drop off the truck. That took 20 minutes. And I was charged for the extra miles to get it to Cuero, Tx. And then to complete the self check in was no picnic either. The app wouldn't locate my location. Took 20 more minutes. Pathetic loser. This is just a drop off spot. No instructions about how to leave vehicle or where. I phoned numerous times to get my $100. deposit back. 5th time, he finally called me back. He said only $80. was being refunded due to after-hours drop off. OK, fine. Said check was in the mail. That was 7 days ago. We are 1.8 miles apart. Con job.Deborah W.

The manager was not friendly and a bit of a smart-aleck. My experience with the call center was very stressful. I got all kinds of confused info, from saying there was no guarantee I would get my truck to asking me to change days at the last min.David W.

When I arrived the location was closed. The website indicated that the location would be open the day after Thanksgiving as listed on my reservation. It was not. Even though it was closed the owner sent someone over to give me my truck.. If the Uhaul website would have been correct it would be Excellent no fault of location owner.Anthony G.

This was the worst most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I received a phone while I was driving to pick up the truck telling me they did not have the truck I had reserved and that I had to drive to a different town to get the truck. Then when I reached that location they sent me to another different town to pick up furniture pads. After that while I was driving from southern Texas to northern Michigan I realized I only had one head light so now I could not drive in the dark. All of this added a lot of time and money onto an already lengthy and expensive move that I was doing with 3 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats.cassandra H.
