nice fellow but he and our group were very unimpressed with the Uhaul software, seemed unrefined. Truck turned out to have highly worn tires with heavy cracking. We blew one out during the trip.

When we ask for a specific location to pickup a trailer, it would be great if you used that location instead of changing to another one 8 miles away. The one we asked for was only 1 mile from where we were loading. It would also be helpful if when we reserved for a Tuesday pickup, we didn't get a call asking if we were picking up the trailer on Monday by 2 pm and being woken up at 730 am with that phone call.

The fuel tank on the ten foot box truck was half full. The odometer and my receipt had totally different milage numbers. The cab wasn't cleaned properly. There was junk from previous driver in it. Neither door on the brand new GMC truck closed right. I had to slam it 5 times to get it to shut every time. I had an hour delay during pick up.

We dropped off the truck at this site. Parking was minimal for a 26' truck. The office said "open," but the door was locked and a phone number was taped to the door saying that personnel were nearby and to call the number for assistance. We used the key drop instead.

We were told that if we brought the trailer back by noon on Sunday (rented on Friday) that we would not be charged for that day. We ended up getting charged for three days anyway.

There is very little professionalism there. It felt like I invaded someones personal garage at a trailer park. We had to call the guy to get him to come meet us, even with an appointment. He was gruff, not friendly or unfriendly. We were sent to the UHaul HUB for a (hopefully) quick repair (using our mileage). The HUB was very professional and friendly and had us on our way quickly.

The gentleman I picked up our rental truck from acted as if I was the biggest inconvenience and would hardly say two words to me. I was never taken on a truck walkthrough to inspect any existing damages or shown how to operate the door and ramp. Basically just paid the guy, he handed me the keys, told me not to hit the storage unit turning out and he walked off.

As it turns out, I was sent out in a truck/trailer combination that had faulty tail lights on the trailer. It had running lights, but no brake lights, nor turn signals. I drove 500 miles carrying a $70,000 car. Its a damn good thing that the car was small enough the people behind could see the truck lights.

Initially called to ask about sizes and cost and had to pry the information out of the employee. Showed up during business hours to an unlocked office with an open sign visible and no lights on nor anyone there. Called the number, spoke with the same employee as before who stated he as at the Lumber Yard and would be back in around 5 minutes. His customer service was non existent to begin. My partner presented a license that expired in September, so I used my license instead. His response to me offering my ID was presumptuous and rude, just as he was on the phone. Instead of a hello in response to me saying "Hi how are you?" I was met with, "Oh ya, is yours valid? That's the problem with these systems, they catch stuff like that. His ID expired a year ago". I let him know that we weren't trying to pull one over on him and that it expired only 4 months ago, not a year. I stayed quiet and polite as he asked questions, signed a sheet that was in my partners name, (he did not change the reservation to accommodate the valid drivers license). He DID offer to help us hookup the trailer. The trailer itself we thought had a larger hookup that the ball hitch we had because it sounded to be nearly detaching every time we hit a bump. After inspecting we found it had poor suspension; made for a very bumpy and noisy drive. I expect anyone that I'm speaking to that is getting paid from our business interaction to have good customer service. If this man doesn't want to interact with humans just as it seems, then possibly a different job would be better. We will probably use Budget for our next move, as their business before was kind, easy and inexpensive.

Confusing entrance- main entrance visible from the south however from the north there is a driveway with U-Haul's present though it's not the one to enter.

Was never told that I could only use a two inch trailer ball until I was picking up the U-Haul to leave town. Had to spend as much money buying a hitch to fit as I spent on the trailer rental. This delayed my start by half hour in weather at about-20 and prevented me from getting too my destination before dark

We brought the truck back w the same amount of gas, but after we left we were charged an additional $9 + dollars. We brought it back clean, but we re charged an additional $15, even though the only thing remotely dirty were the tires due to Rain and muddy roads. We offered to hose them off, which he stated 'don't worry about it, I'll take care of it'.. He should of said, "I'll take care of it, for an additional $15". Overall bad experience w this vendor. I know the vendor does not make a lot on rentals, but to trump up charges to make extra is criminal, someone should audit this guy!!! We won't be back to this crook!!!!

This is the second time I've been dissatisfied with my return experience in Kalispell. Last time, the location was closed. This time, the location was not at the address listed on my confirmation. It was neither the address nor the name of the company listed on the confirmation. There was an office at the specified address, but it was closed and locked and in disrepair. I called the number of the confirmation print-out, and the person said they'd be there. After a considerable wait, the guy showed up and said that this isn't the right location. I have to go back out and down the street a ways. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR RECORDS TO SHOW THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND COMPANY NAME!

I returned the trailer to the assigned drop off location during regular business hours. No one was there. There was an OPEN sign in the window but the door was locked. I had to call the office number and then wait for attendant to show up.

Called agent to verify time for pick up. Arrived 5 minutes early 12:55pm. waited 25 minutes before agent showed up. Was told rental would be about $50. It cost me $ 75 with insurance and a tow plug adpt. returned rental same day, no one at the office again well before closing. Left rental and paper work. I feel it was very poor customer service.

The address is wrong for the drop off location. It is 1085 Whitefish Stage not 1101. There is no clear drop off point and when I called to find out where to go, I was told that he was not on site so just drop it off not in the driveway and then I'd be done. I didn't sign anything, I had no one to confirm that I'd dropped it off. It was awkward and weird

I had a call from your call center, the lady I spoke with was rude and after getting off the phone, I never wanted to use U-Haul again. Choose your staff better.
