The location was very close to my home, but the way they have the equipment is in a back dark wooded area. I am a female and didn't feel safe at night taking pictures returning the equipment, and there was a big dumpster blocking the way out with other objects in the way. It is a very secluded area with no lighting at all for safety.

This was way out in the boonies with a convenience store. Clerk knew nothing about the UHaul and owner wasn’t available. There were several UHaul facilities along 231/431 but for some reason, I could go to a more convenient location.

Stephen MWe were supposed to pick up the Uhaul in Tullahoma Tn but when we got there no Uhaul was there for us. We did not receive a phone call or anything so that’s why we had to drive all the way to New Market Alabama to pick up a different Uhaul. We were told we would be receiving a credit for our inconvenience but that has not happened. I do need to speak to a supervisor about this issue. Please give one of us a call. Thank you
Allen RThe drop off location was a 30 minute drive from my destination. There were other options available the last trip. A drop off facility available in Fayetteville would be a lot easier.
Rich CI did not receive my moving blankets and the truck was not actually clean. The truck also leaked on my mattress during the move causing there to be a large wet spot.
