The renting process was very confusing. The female worker just let me sign up and told me to call the 1800 number for any other questions or concerns I had once i left. I wasn't aware it was only a 1 day rental period nor did she explain abt the insurance per day.

Get the customers in the door first and not just let the persons who are renting storage places just get in line in front of them, because we are bringing in business to the storage company as well, we are spending our hard earned money like they are!

Counter lady entered wrong drop off location on my one way rental after repeatedly asking and I answered multiple times. I also told her to put 70 miles but turned out she only used 53 which is the difference between the two locations. She said wasn't able to change drop off location after I noticed on receipt. Van was also dusty so not clean.

Trucks should be reviewed upon arrival. Almost ordered a damaged truck and if that had of been the only one left I may not have been able to get my truck at that location. Thankfully there was another one and all was well. Overall great experience. Fast easy and convenient

The previous left furniture and clothes in uhaul. We had to get rid of their trash.

Dolly was not in truck. I paid for a appliance dolly, they didn't have . I was suppose to get a utility dolly for no charge, which was not in the truck. Not right.

The manager at the flakes mill location was extremely rude nasty and racist when I ask to explain the charges to the rental truck she began to yell at me as she went through the contract I was charged on my card way more then I expected she said they charge you not me she is a representative of the uhaul company I’ve never experienced racism until I met this lady I would not recommend anyone of color to rent from this location Thr other location I visited in Jacksonville fla where very professional and helpful

The truck strings were shredding. I brought it to the attended attention and was advised it will be ok. I get the truck home to load up and I had issues opening and closing the trunk. This could of been avoided if the attended just gave me a different truck.

Customer service representative that I spoke with at 10:40 am 11/29/21 on the phone was not very good. Customer service and comprehension of the question being asked could definitely use a lot of work. Not satisfied at all. Also please stop authorizing multiple holds on cards

The gas doesn’t match. I drove 20 miles and was charged $27 for gas. It’s after hours but will be trying to figure this out.

If you still have the current agent I would definitely not return or recommend anyone. She was rude have no personality plus she refused to wear a mask. If all renters has to wear a mask why shouldn’t the employees. When I asked about it she was very disrespectful.

The truck was not properly registered in the system as having been returned by the previous renters so the young man who assisted us had to make some calls to get it sorted out. This caused us to wait for awhile but everything worked out in the end.

Uhaul should be in better contact with the locations. I spoke with the rep at the storage place. Saw the truck and reserves it for pick up an hour later. His system wouldn’t allow pickup prior to. Ten minutes before pick up I get a call from uhaul telling me the truck isn’t available. She refused to call the location ever after i told her the truck was in fact there. The rep saw my reservation and waiting for me to come back at 1:30. She insisted that I was wrong tried to send to another location (which would result in more mileage fees). Or course I disagreed and she cancelled my reservation. I returned to the location and was able to reserve it from there after he called in to uhaul.
