It was just fine. It took a bit to do the phone-based pickup with the photos and so forth, but I was able to get through the pick-up process and pick up the truck long before anybody was going to be in the office. So great. No complaints.

I was told that I could pay cash when picking up the truck when I reserved it on U-Haul.com when I arrived to pick up the truck I was told that it had to be paid on a credit card also I told him that I was traveling to a city that was 40 miles further than the U-Haul location and he listed the U-Haul location as the destination and was going to charge me an extra $100 for the extra miles when it should have been included on my rental after calling customer service they added the extra miles on to the rental with no charge

It was simple and easy. I called uhaul, told them what I wanted and they had it ready in 20 mins. I went to the location, did quick paperwork, got hooked up and was on my way!

the guy at the st. Louis Park location was unbelievably rude! Reserved a truck for 10:30am and the guy then told me a day ahead of my move the truck would be ready at 1pm. Also the guy who "helped" us was so rude! My friend asked to use the bathroom, the guy motioned over to a door. my friend came back after not finding the bathroom and asked for better directions and the guy didn’t even answer. Also another customer walked in at 1pm and asked to rent a truck. The u-haul guy said we're closed and said “I got to go” and totally dismissed the customer! So I wonder, if I arrived a minute or two later would my trunk not be able to be picked up as he said it would be at 1pm? horrible experience

I had my month old, pre-paid reservation cancelled less than 24 hours before I was supposed to pick up the truck. The call center found me another truck at a second location but this location also did not have a truck when I showed up. Again, the contact center people are enormously helpful but the actual locations don't seem to have any idea what they're doing.

This location was fine, however, our first truck was cancelled an hour before scheduled and we were supposed to get info on where to go and didn't until an hour after scheduled. We had to go to different places to find out where our truck was.

I originally reserved a 10' truck May 17th for pick up at at 9:30am June 1, 2019 at the U-Haul store on Excelsior Blvd & Baker Road, in Hopkins, MN. The workers at the Shady Oak Road store are rude and treat you as though you are bothering them. When I arrived at 9:00 am to pick up the truck, there was no available. I was then referred to the St. Louis Park, MN store where I was able to get the 1 truck that was available. The young man there was very nice. The Hopkins store is so poorly run. I wanted to buy 3 pre-made wardrobe boxes and was told to buy a different kind because the manager did not want to have to order more pre-made boxes in the event I purchased the 3 I wanted. HUH? Thanks

I called one day before the pickup to confirm the car will be ready and no one bothered to call me back. car steering shakes at 60 mph

Nothing really- Most of the time phone was answered right away, questions were answered, when I showed up to pick up the car things were ready and took only few minutes ... It was nice to leave my car there while I was using a rental

There was obviously many mix ups on Uhaul's side. I got double the calls I should have and was given different locations to drop off my uhaul. I dropped off my uhaul at the location I originaly choose and the one I was most recently given but received two calls about not dropping off my uhaul, one was even after receiving my confirmation of returning my uhaul. There is ovisouly many issues with uhuals communication system that was very annoying.

The app didn’t work because there is not reliable internet and yet the website says you can drop it off at any time. I had a meeting so needed to get the truck dropped off.

I used the app to get my truck and it took way too long for them to approve my stuff, and I had even filled out the info of my license and stuff beforehand. Also, I had 2 dollies with my order and they were not in the truck, so I didn't have any when I moved. Very disappointed.

Elvis was amazing. He recognize me when I pulled up motioned me into the yard and had me hooked up and out of there in minuteS. He showed me how I could bring it back after hours and he would check me in. It was the easiest rental I have ever had. Elvis deserves a raise !
