Barbara TaylorGuy came right up to me when i was in middle of app drop off and instantly sid ill do it so i can see what additional charges you are going to have. i explained I paid in full and truck is cleaner then then when i got it. He still made the situation uncomfortable for a lone female and also took the keys and did not allow me to put in drop box as app instructed me to do so. very unprofessional.
Tara BessmerWe were not allowed to go view the first truck until after it was assigned. The first truck had cement residue all over the interior of the cargo area. Sweeping out would not be enough to clean the cargo area for household items storage for any driven distance. We had to call and get Uhaul rep to change the truck to the second truck (15 footer) at this location. The second truck was clean.
William PerkinsArea had no internet service for Verizon or T-mobile. Worker inside deli did not speak English so was very hard to communicate. Called Uhaul, woman was no help at all.

Jesse HaagTruck had mechanical issues and should be fixed or retired ASAP. Being a CDL-A driver for 40 yrs, I can factually state this vehicle would fail DOT inspection on several points. This truck WILL leave someone stranded on the highway in the near future, or worse cause an accident.

Jim MehlI’m getting charged for gas! When I put gas in the truck and I put it exactly where I got it at! I’m not going to fill the tank if it wasn’t filled when I got it! That’s not fair at all! I will not use this company again! And I will make sure I tell my friends and family!
