Starting off, I placed a reservation at a specific uhaul site for a reason. I guess 2 days before my reservation uhaul changed the pickup location. I didn't see this notification and was very frustrated because I chose a specific location based on proximity to my storage. I was unaware of this change until I went to the pickup location to get my truck. I then had to contact customer support who after being transferred had me move my reservation to another location. It was a very frustrating process and set me back on my time.

The gears in the truck would not shift, then when it did it pushed the truck forward all of a sudden. When we were unloading the truck in Raleigh, a gentleman stopped and asked us "Do you know your truck is leaking some kind of fluid? †This truck needs some serious maintenance.
norene A.The cargo part of the trucks should be checked when they are returned. There were boxes and a table inside of the truck I rented. Huge inconvenience for me to have to discard someone else's trash. There was also a dent on the truck that was not documented on the pictires when I checked the truck out.

When I arrived at my loading location, the handtrucks that were supposed to be included with the truck were missing and I had to call and arrange to pick them up at another location, wasting about an hour and a half of my 8 hour rental window. I was pretty upset with my first Uhaul rental experience.
