Nephi HI have utilized my adopted hometown Uhaul on a few occasions in the past, but never on a need it now basis. This location could not be more convenient and the staff more friendly and accommodating. As a planner, I was ill prepared for this move and between the Managers Robert and Kathy guiding me through the process, to the Uhaul App giving me access to affordable labor to help out, my move was actually a pleasure. Yes I said that. A move was actually fun.

His service was above and Beyond excellent. He stayed late to help me make sure the rental was correct because the computer system that you all has was not working correctly. But he persevered and made sure I got the truck I needed. Thank you Robert I will be renting from you again.

ADAM GThe personnel were friendly and helpful. The location is a leaky trailer in a gravel lot. I thought it was the storage area when I first pulled in. The POS hardware wasn't working well and the roof was leaking in multiple places. The truck I was assigned needs to be retired. The steering is so loose as to be dangerous to drive as it requires constant correction to keep the truck travelling straight and under control. The steering wheel has a dead zone of nearly 10 degrees of rotation in either direction. The truck alignment is either out or the steering mechanism is so loose that the truck continually pulls to one side and the steering wheel direction does not match the travel direction. The engine has an intermittent stutter at idle. The brakes are some of the softest brakes I have had the misfortune to drive, creating a stopping distance much longer than one would expect and eliminating the ability to safely stop in an emergency condition. The driver's door required repeated hard closings to latch. While the interior and box were both clean and in good repair, the mechanical components of the truck were in poor condition.

Arrived 15 min, later ,apporx 3:30, found closed sign on the door, when someone did out though they were homeless, Told to just put the keys in the box. They would check it in tomorrow, have not received conformation of return as of 10/02/23. this was not a good look for your company. Would not go back there on a bet.

MICHAEL WRemote pickup and drop off was pretty difficult-the lockbox code and location didn’t show up and it took 50 minutes to get someone on the phone and figure out how to get the keys. When dropping the truck off the website wouldn’t allow me to upload the keys and other information it needed until I was inside the office which seems counter productive to being able to drop it off remotely. The staff did check it back in which was helpful.

mary AThe attendant saw that my ball was extremely low when he put the trailer on it and volunteered to turn the ball around to make it higher so the trailer would not ride so low at the connection. This was excellent customer service because this is above and beyond what is expected from me and I expect from U Haul as well.
Roy TU haul completely messed up my reservation, I wanted a 15 foot truck and they didn’t have at the new location they told me it was at for pick up. They only had a smaller (10 foot) and charged me more for it. I’m super disappointed with this service and I feel lied and cheated too. Don’t lie to the customer and charge more for something they didn’t want. I was lied to in the worst way, I’m never using this service again and will tell my friends and family of this horrible experience of being ripped off!

michael lVery tight space, only allows on entrance and one exit. For someone dropping off a massive uhaul, one can easily block the path. Thus making the normal driver have to zig zag out of the parking lot
Angelmary MThe on-line check-in is a little buggy for first time users. The app has a check in process which I completed at home, but the app lost my information and I had to resubmit everything once again at pickup. In addition, it was a surprise when the app asked for additional information and documentation at the pickup which I did not have on hand.
