Terrible !! Called night before to have me pickup in Georgia when I live in Alabama. The Georgia location was closer than other Alabama locations which were close to 100 miles from me. Then was charged a $50 cancelation fee. Rebooked 10 days later, confirmed pickup night before but upon arrival no record in computer of my reservation. There was a no-show so I got their 15' truck when I reserved a 10' truck. The bigger truck drank gas and leaked water inside. All of my boxes on one end had broken bottoms and this was a real mess. The blankets used to wrap with were also wet. Upon return of equipment the employee was all alone ,busy and very very rude and disrespectful. When I ask about the $50 guarantee this employee told me to call uhaul they had no idea. When you call the 800 # after a hold hold you have to hold again for another department. Overall hold time 54 minutes. I would not recommend this company to anyone and i am spreading the word every chance I get at how unprofessional the situation was handled.

Be sure the blanket count is accurate. I received 10 blankets versus 12. By the time I realized it, the location was closed. I had to place a call to U-haul to be sure I wasn't charged for the 2 "missing" blankets.

We ended up having to pay late charges because somebody put incorrect information in the system and refused to fix it and also refused to give us our entire deposit back! Very nasty looking business and gross! The owner Barry is rude and a con artist! Will never use U-haul or first stop pawn shop again! Very very poor customer service as well!

This comment is for U-Haul corporation, not directed at First Stop Title Pawn. When a customer places a U-Haul reservation for a 10' truck, U-Haul needs to alert the customer in advance if the truck is not available. It's horrible customer service to accidentally detect 48hrs before pick up that the truck is not available and U-Haul decided to force a 26' truck onto the customer (or by the way you could drive an extra hour away & incur the miles to obtain the requested truck).

The drop off original address was wrong. I call uhaul several times to get the correct address for j&j trailers. I look for three hours and could never find the address. Finally I called emergency road assistance and they gave me the alternative drop off location. This added many extra miles and three extra hours. Something needs to be done about getting the correct location. The gps took me to several locations and there was nothing there. The final drop off location in Roanoke Alabama was clean and the staff helpful, but when I tried to pull my contract it did not work and I had to call the 800 number. Overall this was a horrible experience and I had to pay for extra mileage. The truck had hole in the roof and it rained. This needs to be repaired.
