There is a lock on the back of the truck to get the key. The lock is very sensitive and it took over 20 minutes (and a call to customer service) to get the key. I ended up changing my reservation time to 15 minutes later because it took so long to get in the truck.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! This place is an absolute joke. The location to pick up the truck is well enough, but when it comes time to go and get the key from the tiny gas station- it’s a train wreck. There were two other people registered to the same truck I was there to pick up, and even though I was paid in full, with a valid drivers license, AND the confirmation from 24/7 share on my phone screen- they would not give me the truck key. It took over an hour after confirming that the truck was mine to get the key from the woman in the bullet proof glass box. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Attendant did not know how to do the checkout process, did not provide any instruction or assistance with hitching up, and did not inspect my vehicle or hitching setup.

The truck was filthy inside and the area for moving items was even worse. In short, the entire vehicle was disgusting.

I submitted my information online. Received a confirmation number in email and when i arrived they didn't see it in the system. it took 45 more mins to get the truck without padding or trolleys needed for my move. Not very organized.

2200 island ave was not my location that I pick, they were close and had 15ft truck that i needed, Clifton heights location was my chose but they screwed up my reservations. Feel like I should have some money off for having my reservations screwed up and then had to find a different location

The truck could of been cleaner in the interior. However, for the most part it was fine. The lady was nice whom I rented the vehicle from. I like to thank her very much.

Did not have my reservation and did not have push cart that I already paid for. I never received a call to confirm my reservation the day before and had to call the location 4x to try to confirm with no answer. Only way I knew I was confirmed was because I had to call corporate. Was 30 minutes away from my preferred pick-up location.

None. The location was in the right place (a gas station attached) and the owner/manager was quick and efficient, when I dropped the vehicle off, with no muss or fuss.

Person responsible for checking in the truck was not on site when the truck was returned.

This location is not a real uhaul location. It is just a pick up and drop off. They don't do anything else. I needed to add a driver and they told me I would need to call or go online. If I didn't already have the insurance it would be the same thing. They weren't even able to check and see if I had the insurance, had to call. I was banking on getting some furniture covers but since it was just a gas station with no separate section for the uhaul I wasn't able to pick up those things there. Of course no dollies or anything else. Also, I came into the store with my 2 children and the lady at the register told me this is a small store and I would have to go outside to the window. This window has no opening to communicate so when she was ready to service me (i.e. give me the key) she knocked on the window and told me to come inside. Never had this experience with uhaul before. Horrible location.

Excellent customer service. Overall process was very smooth and friendly. Checkout and check in was quick. Coming back here again for my rental needs.

You need to call people when a change is made to their service. I was scheduled to pick up a 15' truck only to come and see they only had a 10' truck available because the person who rented the 15' truck never came back with it. My phone number was on file. A phone call should have been made so that i can make different arrangements
