Was not open for business as stated online. Phone number on front door did not allow me to speak with a human. Had to do online/phone return which was time consuming and annoying, because I had to try multiple browsers and adjust settings to allow for location services. Asked for multiple photos. I use U-Haul because it's normally hassle free and fast. Took me 30 minutes of messing around to return truck. In the past, I basically hand over keys and go. I'll probably use a penski with lift gate next time.

Not much to improve on the lady was very professional and answered all our questions. She walked us though everything dealing with equipment. She is an asset to uhaul.

It would have been more convenient to know we would have to drive 40 miles extra to pick up the haul a few days earlier, instead of two days before. We had already booked movers to come at a certain time, but then when we learned we could not pick up the uhaul at the place we reserved it until two days before, we had to change our plans quite a bit and lost some money in the process.

I was having difficulty using the location feature to check in using my phone so I went into the building. A located a staff person who was not very receptive and told me they were not open that I needed to do everything outside. A sign stating this on the door would be helpful since registering online gave me both options so I thought it would be ok to go inside for help. I understand that Covid is scary, but social distancing does not mean being anti-social or annoyed by customers. Verizon connection at this site is less than adequate. It took me about 20 mins to complete the process outside. After that, everything was great!!

We drove 45 mins to drop off trailer after being told by call center that it would be open 8am-11am. Store was closed, however woman (I believe owner) was inside working and said “we are closed today” (at around 8:30am) and wouldn't come out to help us. We couldn't get U-Haul return app to work and sat in parking lot for 45 mins trying to get someone on phone to help us. Regional call center was rude, but we finally spoke to someone in U-Haul home office that was nice and assured us we wouldn't be charged for extra days if we left the trailer in parking lot.

I thought the person was rude from the day I reserved the U Haul on the phone. When I talked to her the day of pick up she didn't explain the information on the truck or how the mileage worked because I didn't understand. After I figured out she was saying it was. 99 cents a mile I understood why she was asking. I dropped it off at 11:05 . I used it less than 3 hours. I do not have internet service so there was no way for me to go on line to tell her/U haul I dropped it of Sat. At 11:05 A young kid around his 30's. Pulled in the U Haul place and opened a side door. I explained to him that I was dropping it off and didn't know how to do anything via the internet because I had no means to. He explained to me that he would talk to her and explain things. I stopped back by Monday morning to make sure everything was all right. She said everything is fine. I charged you card $90.00 plus dollars .I asked why so much. She said I didn't check in via the internet when done using the truck and the kid has nothing to do with her business .He owns the other business on the other part of the building. I explained to her it's all one building. Your just in the office part how was I supposed to know. She ruidly told me that's not her problem. (I believe the young man is the son that runs the Uhaul business. So basically from the day I called to reserve the truck and the day of pick up and Monday to see everything was all good she was very rude and demeaning. I have rented U Hauls for over 35 years. She was so rude I am thinking of just using Penske rental from now on do to he total disrespect to a myself.(I am a disabled veteran ) I have explained her rudeness to people I know around the area close to that Uhaul place. They automatically knew who I was talking about and agreed she in basically is none informative and very rude. I believe my bill should not have exceeded $70.00. Although I was only charged $20.00 plus more it is not about the money. She was rude,non informational demeaning and should in know way represent Uhaul if you are eating her by costumer service. She basically was asking as if I was wasteing her time and again very rude. I have never in my life have been talked down to by anyone. Especially someone 20 plus years younger than me. Word of mouth travels fast. And I plan on telling my friends my whole encounter with her and Uhaul. I rented it Saturday and still very upset by her actions. No one should be treated how she treated me. And cannot believe U Haul would condone such conduct in there rental business. If they rate places and people on there conduct and costumer service from 1 to 10 I would rate her and the business zero across the whole thing. Very discouraged about the whole experience.

Customer service was excellent as well as the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. However, we spent half an hour in the parking lot trying to figure out how to use the website when we returned the vehicle. To us it was not very straight forward. We lleft the vehicle and went home not knowing if had to pay a penalty.

We were told at this location that we can return the truck to any location and are not limited to the one we chose when we booked the rental. When calling customer service we learned this was not accurate and would be charged for a different destination.

This was my 2nd time dropping off at this location. The first time the girl actually said to me - I don't get anything for this (referring to being paid)? The 2nd time she wasn't there. Had stepped out. Wasn't going to be back for 20 minutes. I was also going to rent a truck but was happy she wasn't there. Dropped the trailer and went up the street to Cobb Auto who were VERY HELPFUL!!!! Also had trouble with trailer tires smoking - called uhaul road side and got an answering machine! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR ROADSIDE SERVICE WHICH OFFERED NOTHING TO A CLIENT IN NEED.

It would be nice to hear from them because I used the truck fir 8 hours and know how much they are going to charge me. It's not my responsibility to call them to find them. OVERALL VERY POOR THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE RENTAL PROCESS WHICH I HAD TO PAY MY HELP EXTRA MONEY BECAUSE OF UHAUL MISHANDLE OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT

Called me the day before move to let me know the 20ft vehicle wasn't available, after I had reserved a week in advance, had to downgrade to a 15ft which screwed up my plans royally. Now I have to make multiple trips with personal vehicle plus all the gas to bring over the left over belongings I wasn't able to fit on the 15 footer. The same exact thing happened to the guy before me. Also they were 15minutes late to open and no effort was made to make any of this right. Will never use U-Haul again.

We called to let the lady know that we were coming . We arrived 20 minutes before her closing and she freaked when we arrived . She rushed to be out in 10 minutes. She left us with a dirty truck , and she took off before we even got in our truck. We dropped it off a day early and now still getting charged for two days and we swept and cleaned our truck and we recieved no crefit. Not impressed at all with her business skills. I called uhaul as I wasn't able to upload the app. They said it was checked the day early and that it will be credited that we cleaned it and guess what I find out today that none of that was done. Now I e been on hold for over ten minutes. Not z friendly system

The truck was mostly clean however there were some wood chips and wood fragments in the cargo area and the ramp was covered with the same. An energy drink can rolled out from under the passenger seat (it rolled back under and I forgot to fish it out) but otherwise it was great.

They charged me 2 days for a 1 day rental. Picked it up at 2:37 Friday and Returned it 2:25 Saturday. Less than 24hrs. They told me it was because they close at 11:00. Not disclosed to me!!! And I was under 24hrs.

Apparently we arrived just before closing. The person in charge was not friendly and very rude. We rented and paid for 24 hours of rental but had to return the trailer by 5:30 that same day which gave us only 6 hours of usage. We will be trying a new location next time and hope for better service.

You can start by resolving my issues. The counter help needs to be replaced with someone who knows what the hell they are doing and not be so bitchy. Second I was told one price and when I looked at my credit card statement it was double what she told me it was going to be. Called several times and she didn't answer. When she did finally answer she was very rude and hung up on me. Called again and explained the issue and she said she would look into it and call me back. Nope no call back so I called again and she hadn't even looked into it. I still do not have my money back from these POS! They are making U Haul look like idiots!

Customer service was not a strength of the lady helping us. We had left a voicemail an hour before our expected arrival saying we'd arrive an hour later, 1-1/2 hours later she called to ask of our arrival and that's when we were told they close in a 1/2 hour and she hadn't known about the voicemail. Not pre-checking the rentals miles and fuel level made for a spark of attitude verbally and by her body language. Initially declined with the online reservation somehow Safe Move was added to the contract and her denial of how it was added created another mistrust. It seemed she was prepared for our arrival but appeared it was rushed with mistakes being it was 9 minutes to closing. We accepted everything as presented to avoid everyone's delay in moving on. Otherwise we'd recommend this location for being a nice and clean location. What wasn't told to us in how the drop off procedures worked via your mobile device, our rental was a one way and the drop was after 9pm.

U haul took money out of my account 3 times. I went to where I rented. They said u haul does it all the time. Still haven't gotten my $20 that was taken twice. Going to my bank to see what can be done. I will be sure to let others know.

Showed up to initial rental location when it opened only for them to tell me the truck was unavailable (Cobb Auto). The owner told me to drive a couple miles down the road to another location (First Response) to ask if they had anything available. Luckily they did and I was able to rent the truck and use it for a few hours. The driver side door did not latch properly so was semi open the entire day. I was called several times Monday morning asking where the keys were, despite me having dropped them in the drop box. I was also shown two receipts Monday, one for roughly $60 and another for roughly $144. Something is not accurate here as well so I am reviewing currently. I used the truck for 10 miles and roughly 6 hours and had to figure out renting at a new location myself without the help of the professional at the first place. Not a great experience at all as this was for a move and held much of my help up.

When I first went to this location to check out the equipment, the girl was acting like I was bothering her. So I went online and looked at Penske trucks. I then called uhauls main number and talked to a gentleman who mad a bad experience better. So I ended up renting Your van. My suggestion would to get the girl some Customer Service training!

I was told it was just cleaned and it wasn't and that there was 3/4 of gas and there was only half so I had to put 3/4 of gas in it when done even though there was only half a tank and no air conditioning
