I receivd a call from U-Haul that they moved our pick-up location further out for us even though online it said I could pick-up there. I received messages that our pick-up time was moved out to a later time as well. I called the new location and he couldn't confirm if the truck would be back by the afternoon like we needed to have it. He was very nice expalined that it depended on when the truck would be returned by the current user. I also called our original location and left a message. They called us back and told us that the truck will be at their location for us to pick up with the time we had originally reserved. Great customer service from them to get our reservation fixed for us.

Raymond SkomraReservation was made several days in advance. When we showed up Shelly was unfriendly. The U-Haul was not ready to roll (despite me saying that we were on very tight timeline). The U-Haul served purpose but location was out of the way and customer service was lacking.
Caryn MaikaHave the equipment the customer requested available at the location the customer requested. For example, I requested a 20 ft. truck at nearest location. U-Haul changed my location to a center 15 miles away in order to have the equipment I requested. I was not aware of this until I attempted to pickup the truck and equipment. That's an additional charge to the customer due to extra miles. On the day of moving I was delayed approximately 2 hours from my original checkout time due to the unavailability of the equipment requested at the location requested. Improve internet platform to make self-service a better operating service. It was difficult to navigate, access, and complete checkout using the online self-service platform. This again added additional time to checkout and return of equipment. And lots of frustration. Similarly, the return process described in the video was not the process the customer actually went through when returning the truck. I will add a positive, the customer service representatives available on the weekend were extremely kind, patient, and helpful.

amber cooper wallsI'm upset with corporate. They are taking the small truck I was renting with trailer to move me golf carts. Can they not leave 1 small truck at that location. The folks there are wonderful and I don't want to rent anywhere else. Corporate please don't take the one small truck they have away. Is it not false advertising when you say you rent that truck when you don't even have it? I have committed my entire delivery service on renting from these folks only. Please give them there small truck back.
Michael MaxwellWhen I got my Uhaul this morning there was cow poop all throughout the cabin. There were stains all over the cup holders and steering wheel. It was very unpleasant and disgusting. There were also peanuts and almonds all throughout the floor of the cabin. Which is great because I'm allergic. Never using 24/7 service again because apparently other renters lie about returning it cleaned.

I had it on my phone, but your website doesn’t allow you to import. I finally resorted to calling an agent who was very patient and helped me through the process.

allan jonesThe only issue I had was with the way you transport the car. You transported the car in drive and on. By the time it got to CT my car was dead. It took us 45 minutes to find someone to jump it as Honda Road Side kept me on hold forever. I now need to have the battery replaced which was an expense I was not prepared for. I had the car checked Dec 29 for a cross country trip and the battery was perfectly fine then. The gentleman at First Plaza was wonderful, he was helpful and knowledgeable. I’m just peeved I need to pay another $150 for a brand new battery.
