Pick up outside office hours with the U-Haul app was straightforward and I was on the road in a few minutes, The van was clean and modern and worked great for my move. Drop off was quick and courteous. The only improvement I could suggest would be to offer a parking spot on the lot for renters.

Jose VThe truck had the tire pressure light on the entire time and it wasn't cleaned well inside at all. There were sunflower seed shells all over the floor. The cup holder area was also filthy. I own a cleaning company so things like this always stand out to me. This truck should've been cleaned, especially for the amount of money I paid for this rental.
