MICHELE R.This neighborhood location has no maintenance support capability. When I picked up the van, it was reading that the left/rear tire was underinflated. I drove to the larger area location and they discovered that the tire had a screw lodged in the tread. A local support truck had to be called to replace the tire and my departure was delayed by 3.5 hours. The GM of the larger store took care of me and extended my rental by one day, which allowed us to overcome the challenge of the delay.
