JOSE ASome sort of inventory list for available equipment at this location. For example, furniture dollies are not available at this location which was something I did not know when the reservation was made.

Kevin MImprove… nothing! I attempted to do the pick-up through the App but it wasn’t quite working. There was a very nice woman behind the count when I walked in. She took care of everything, gave me the keys and my move was a breeze. I initially booked the truck to picked up at 0800 but had an unforeseen circumstance. Reached out and it was no problem to move my pick up time to 0930. She did need the truck back by 1415 at the latest as she had someone else that needed the truck. I was able to get it back before 1345 and she was much appreciative. Highly recommend! I’ve rented from several U-Haul locations and this by far was the easiest, best experience I’ve had.

KEVIN CHave your website give accurate information inventory of product Dealing with uhaul is a major headache every time I will never use you unless I can’t find what I need anywhere else I always end up driving all over the county to get what I need after placing a reservation you get to the location and it’s not there

GREGORY SHaving access to a Uhaul car trailer at shop that does car inspections really made buying a used car so much easier. I was able to pickup the trailer then the car, and drop it off for inspection all in one location. I didn't have to worry about getting temporary inspection tags for the car. Thanks for making the process so convenient.

MORRIS HThere was no one at original facility so another rep went to get the trailer and bring it to me. They also noticed tires were worn and they changed them quickly. Such great care and attention to detail

stephen DIn Oct '89 i rented my first u-haul trailer. We were travelling from northern MI to eastern NC. In WV, we experienced a flat tire. It was Sunday evening and the local u-haul rental company did not honor, at the time, u-hauls 24 hr road side assistance, so we left the trailer on the side of the road. What else could we do? The next morning, the trailer and all its contents could not be found. That was the last time i rented anything from u-haul.so, i was ner ous and skeptical to rent again, but had no choice. This trip, from Wash, DC to Dayton, OH was uneventful. Im hoping it is because of improved and maintained equipment. Rita, at the Charlitte Hall location was very courteous and helpful, i would defiitely recommend your Charlotte Hall location to anyone. Thanks Rita.
