It always troublesome doing a U-haul drop off when a store is closed. I parked the trailer next to the others and then started using the U-haul app to turn in the trailer. I took a couple of the required photos and then set my phone down to close the trailer doors -- and the turn in page disappeared; I could not get the page to open back up. I am not sure if my turn in was recorded properly.
