This was the worst experience I've ever had. I could not get the code to get the key out of the lockbox. There was no one at the location to help me. This place was in the ghetto and it looked abandoned. I called U-HAUL and was on the phone for 45minutes and they eventually had me go to another U-HAUL location to submit a new order. I'll honestly never use U-HAUL again. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with them.Kevin D.
The Place was closed. I am moving to the city, this location should not be listed for returns. The surroundings did not appear to be save. Also, i visited to other locations to return the trailer and I was advice there would be a charge for changing locations. I suggest you flag in your computer system the prefer or better location, only to be overwritten when the customer asks.MARTA B.

Uhaul given to me had issues, turned on had warning lights (broken tire sensor), incorrect gas levels near empty, dirty on the inside, and not maintained at all. The truck was at 2% oil life. No details were given about the truck or what to expect.Nhim R.

Reservation was for 9:00 arrived to the establishment not being opened; waited outside in the cold for 30 minutes. Reserved 2 dollies online only to find out that this location didn't have any. Returned the truck at 4:30 only to wait 15 minutes for the owner to get back to the shop. I will never use this location again and I will certainly never recommend anyone use this location either.
