The location was fine, no issues there. However, I had a terrible time using the app. I booked a truck from, a different location than listed above, 5am to 6pm. Something went wrong and so had to call the original store to alter my reservation. I triple checked with the gentleman on the phone that I could pick up the truck with truckshare at 5am. I was using the truck for a garage sale to which the window for setting up was 5:30am-7:45am. So, I get to the location at 5 to rent the truck and the app says I am scheduled for a normal pickup at 7am. I called the national line, who transferred me to the regional scheduler, who transferred me to the store...which was still closed at 5:30. On my own I grabbed another truck from another location. Which I scheduled until 6pm. I picked up that truck and got going on what I needed to move. This was by about 6am. So an hour wasted and extra stress of having to load up and unload fast to make the window of the garage sale. Then I get a notification that the truck is due back at 11am. I call the national number and get my second reservation fixed. So please, work on the reliability of your app. I almost missed the window for the garage sale which I paid to sell at. I do not think I will be using U-Haul again unless I have no other options.

The problem with UHaul of Spokane Valley is with the Reservation/Call Center people and the misinformation they give out to customers. Plus, the Area Field Coordinator, Matthew Vatschell was completely unhelpful and actually suggested that I cancel my reservation instead of attempting to fix the problem caused by the Reservation/Call Center people. I hope that the Fikes Northwest pick up location will no longer work with Spokane Valley UHaul.

Equipment was not ready to go when I got there. They had to dig the truck out of the snow and we finally had to help them do it so that we remained on time to meet the movers. Pick a different place if you want professional service.
