I flew in from Florida with a truck and moving equipment reserved. When I got there, they said they never have dollies or pads. So I called Uhaul. Stayed on hold for 30 minutes. When they answered, they had to tranfer me, which was said to be a direct line, was not. I was one hold for another 20 minutes. The next guy that answered said he needed to tranafer me again. I asked him not to put me hold again. He then hung up on me. So stranded in Atlanta, I rented the truck and drive around to another Uhaul place to rent the supplies needed. In the future, it would be great to have someone tell me they don't have what I need at a certain location. Customer service was awful. And everyone I dealt with were rude and couldn't care less about my situation.JOSHUA G.
We had a reservation for the Fayetteville location originally. They changed the pick up on us two days before we needed it and then changed it again an hour before pick up. I don't understand what the point of making a reservation was a month in advance. It was completely out of our way and sooo inconvenient. I won't be using Uhaul again. We have been a very valuable customer but you lost us.Jennifer S.
Truck was super dirty. Window seal was falling. A/C didn't work. Ran very loud. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any rental company.David B.

I had a pickup appt. at 0930 and no one was there to open the shop. I called and the lady said it would be a few minutes before she arrived and that she didn't have the keys so it would be another hour before the guy arrived to release a U- Haul to me. It then took another hour to get a U- Haul once they arrived on scene. This is the worse customer service that I've ever received. Definitely wouldn't suggest anyone to use their services. 1 out of 10 and the 1 is only because i received a UHaul.DOMINQUE M.

My reservation clearly stated that I was to pick my U-Haul up from the location on Candler Road but when I got there I was told to go to this location which was farther from where I needed to go, resulting in me paying more for gas. I was charged almost double for the same truck I'd rented a month ago for what should have been the same distance and the girl working the counter was no help at all in explained whyhannah F.

I am requesting a refund. The truck was absolutely filthy..the stench was overwhelming. Dog hair throughout, seats were muddy, couldn't use the air due to the odor, I would NOT have rented this truck to my worst enemy! It was absolutely despicable.THELMA M.
I received the smallest truck because that is all that was left. However I was quoted $107 for the 20+ foot truck with a furniture dolly and pads. The truck I received had no hand truck, no pads. Then the tank was empty of gas. The girls that set up the rental were very nice and that is the only reason i gave 1 star.lucky O.

come to findout uhal had book me with 2 orders. when I arrived in Atlanta at Fierrios they said my booking had been cancel.( I flew from N.C.) after being on the phone for 45 mins they were able to give me the truck. the people at Fierros couldn't speak English, except for his daughter who wasn't at work and I had to talk to over the phone. the truck had 1/2 a tank of gas and that's how I returned it, I just received a BILL and I'm waiting on the Manager to call me back. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.tod W.
