I was overcharged mileage by over 60 miles because someone who utilized the truck prior to me did not record the right amount. I have called Uhaul and spoken with numerous people for almost four weeks now and they have yet to amend the issue. My card was charged at least three times what it was meant to be.
Amanda FavrettoLocation charged me a $150 “cleaning fee” without calling me or otherwise notifying me. The location lied, by stating that food was ground into the carpeting of the van, when there was no carpeting in the van. I had to call UHaul Customer Service to dispute the charge, and also had to file a dispute with my bank.
Jean SpurveyI had a phone problem when I went to drop it off. The place was closed. But the worker just brought back a piece of equipment. He took the keys and said he would check it back in. I figured he might not do it till tomorrow so once I got my phone to work I went back to do the drop off. But I needed a picture of the mileage. I took that with my wife’s phone. I went back home to get that. And then seen I need other pictures that’s why they all don’t match what was asked for.

Nicholas JacintoI have used the service at this location before. The guy is nice to talk to and since they close early at 5 o’clock, they told me just to drop the key in the lock box. Last time everything went smoothly. However, I don’t know what has changed, I did exactly like last time and without the person telling me nothing, I was charged $20 dollars for late return conscience fee. I don’t know what happened to this service and to this local shop, it’s so unethical and it is not the right thing to do. He could’ve told me but instead he say nothing about return after hours. Never again. Take the money and it’s the last time for me to use uhaul.
Yujun ShangThe clerk was rude and not very friendly at all. I asked a question about possibly getting a cheaper rate on one way if it would be cheaper to pay per hour or whatever and he was just nasty about it. Same when I called to let him know we were running a little late to pick up our truck! All these 3rd party companies that are renting these uhauls out should be a little bit more friendly!!!

Chris MingoiaInterior of cab was fairly clean, bed body had a partially full water bottle left and some other small debris. Had to clean mirrors and windows inside and out. May have been alright for daytime driving, but had to drive at night.

NATALYA NIKOLAYEVANothing. What surprised me was that I actually got a full tank of gas that was actually full!!!!! It cost more per gallon, but half the price as the last time I rented to fill up the tank before returning the truck. They also let me leave my car at the facility, while using the truck. That's service.

Benjamin FieldI ordered a 10’ truck for today. I received an email that it was, “Guaranteed,” to be at Philly Beer & Soda at 8:00am. I was there at 8:00am, the trucks were there, but Philly Beer & Soda was closed. I could not get another truck till almost an hour later. This delay caused significant problems in my well planned out move. The only appropriate thing for U-Haul to do is to refund me a significant portion of my bill. Kevin O’Grady
Kevin O'GradyCouldn't pick up truck for 6 hours because they couldn't figure out how to use credit card Machene, tried all my cards and my wife's card. Then they made me pay cash with the deposit, when returned the truck they made me pay more cash without any receipts or explonation what the charge was for. A week later, they started charging my credit card for remaining balance that they say I have which I was forced to pay in cash, but they couldn't take my card at the time of picking truck up.. Did I get scammed?

ANTONIO BENITEZI was not advised that I needed to message the location when dropping it off. Because I was moving my things, I did not see the text until I was home after dropping it off. I had to call U-Haul (chat wasn’t working) and waitEd on the phone for almost 30 minutes for them to notate the drop off. I was also not informed that my rental was only 4 hours. When I called about a reservation, I was told it was a 24 hour rental not 4 hours. I didn’t pick it up until after 4. I don’t know why I had such a short window of time. So that was frustrating. More importantly, before I returns the truck, I bought $4 of gas. I only drove it 24 miles. Somehow, they charged me for 3 additional gallons. Not cool! Unless the truck gets under 6 miles per gallon, 4 1/3 gallons of gas (In total) for a 24 mile trip is just ludicrous. Not okay! That’s a rip off.
