Christopher DI chose this location for drop off because they said they were open until 7pm. When I arrived at 6, they were closed. After a long day of moving, it was exhausting trying to figure out how to check myself out on my own. For those that don’t mind doing everything on the app, this location would be good.
Rachel cI did not schedule a drop off for this location so there was a bit of a delay on the return but not a big issue. I appreciated that they stay open later than most other locations. Staff was friendly and helped me get the trailer backed in and unhooked it for me. Location does need clearer signage on which building to go to (Left side building with long driveway). Place looked a bit abandoned but guy came out and helped us within a couple minutes.
