The gas was under half full. I told them about it and they said bring it back where the needel was at. I put gas in and returned it where the needle was. I noticed when I opened the receipt they charged my son's card $14.25 for gas. I also complained that for some reason when i opened to read extra services and exclusions of which I took out no extras and it would not let me continue when I hit continue. The attendant stated do not worry about it is all OK as is. On the bill it stated a $15 charge for Safe Move Coverage that we did not take out. Since it was charged to my son's account I told him to complain about the $30 overcharge. I did ask for a recipe so I could look at it and he said he sent it to my E mail. When I got home and looked at it was when I found the discrepancies. I feel this was done on purpose.

We received the truck filthy. The store opened 15 minutes later than posted. I reserved the truck for 7am, and was told to wait until 8am, and didn't leave the parking lot until nearly 9am.

Make the U-Haul dealer sign larger. If another U-Haul truck wasn’t there I probably wouldn’t have found it. It’s is some crappy convenience store parking lot.

He kept walking off to help other people in the middle of helping me. He also said I could return at a location closer to my home since I live a few towns away but he was the only one open. Uhaul refused to change it and I had to pay even more for going over mileage.

It is a small pick up location and he had to keep stopping working with us when customers were paying for items from the store although we were there at our appointed time.

After I parked the 26ft truck and went inside, he asked me to move it over one parking spot. The whole area was muddy. He did not give me any receipt. He said he would check it out later in the evening.

He showed up 20 minutes late for our pick up. Apparently ha forgot that we picked it up, since U-Haul had to verify the number on the trailer.

We returned the truck on time to the same location we got it from. There’s cameras at this location and I took a screen shot of the “thank you” screen at the end. They contacted me 4 days later telling me they’re charging me for every day I had it. Except I returned it on time…Anyway, I talked to the regional manager who assured me the man in charge at the market would stop harassing me. He repeatedly tried to charge my card when he could see the truck outside of his store. Now, 24 days later they’re trying AGAIN to take money off of my card. If it wasn’t locked, I would’ve been robbed of hundreds of dollars. NEVER rent from this location.

Its a liquor store with a few Uhaul trucks parked out front in the mud. Opened 25 minutes late, meaning I was delayed from the start. Clerk barely knew how to operate the Uhaul app. Couldn't provide the utility dolly, furniture dollies, and furniture pads I had reserved. Spent over an hour with customer service trying to resolve his error having charged me for the equipment they couldn't provide while disengaging to tend to other liquor store matters (only 1 clerk present). Despite having been promised by the customer service rep who called the day before switching me to pickup at this location (not my choice of location), that they would have packing supplies (boxes, tape, wrap, etc.) they had none. Although I could have bought plenty of liquor, cigarettes, bongs, CBD, and snacks. Once I had the truck, had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get the utility dolly, furniture pads, furniture dolly, and packing supplies from a REAL Uhaul location. REFUSE TO USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR UHAUL PICKUP.

The trailer was missing the safety pin in the hitch latch which I had to go buy a bolt to prevent it from possibly coming detached from my pick up truck! Other than that minor issue the trailer was well maintained and kept

Didn’t order the moving blankets or anything, but they were scattered everywhere when we received the truck. The person working didn’t know much about helping us after we had already paid on the website. This is all after we weren’t able to get a truck at a different location that had also already been paid for. Poor experience.
