I put in that I wanted to deliver my items to Ocala, but the system incentivized me to drop at Gainesville and then charged me extra miles because I had to drive to Ocala and then back to Gainesville. Other than that, I enjoyed my rental experience.

Glenda WessonSteve is GREAT! The other location at 1490 N. Broad Street Lexington TN. A close bonding company absolutely gives U-Haul a terrible name. The woman there is horrendous and I will never in my life go there again almost had me not rent from U-Haul. She added safe tow coverage of which I did not want and need a refund on. Terrible customer service. Terrible personality. Absolutely a horrible experience. Thank goodness. Went to the other location and with calling U-Haul company. I now have my 26 foot truck that I’m running this weekend through the good field floors with Steve who is absolutely phenomenal. Steven said he want representing your company.

STEPHEN ETTERMake sure the truck is in working order. I didn't make it 40 miles truck broke down on the interstate. And had to wait 3 hours for a maintenanc to show up to tell you guys that it needed to be towed. I told you to began with it had to be towed. Then had to wait 3 hours for the tow truck to show up. After I get towed to the location let me remind you I been sitting in this truck for 6 hours you tell me you need it unloaded within 4 hours. So when the tow truck comes and gets the truck I can't get my deposit because the truck hasn't been returned to the U-Haul store. I would like a total refund of what I paid. I paid cash also. And a free two day use of a truck with 170 miles which I never put on the first.
Bethany HartOne guy was nice and helpful but when we returned truck, there was a guy who was ill, huffy puffy because he was having trouble with software and had to get others to help him straighten it out. He was surely showing his anger and being pissy.
Jennifer BrittDerrick and Tiffany were very helpful and friendly in helping us get the return processed after a long trip from Colorado. We had to take some extra time on the road due to our inability to drive long days but they made sure the extra time was not charged excessively. Thank you both. We are glad to be new neighbors of such helpful and friendly people.

Ryan PloegerThe location had staff that said “we don’t handle uhaul let me go get the guy. Another lady said “we aren’t supposed to even have vans”. The Van listed for pickup at the Lexington TN location was extremely dirty with cigarette ash on dash are around steering column. Entire truck was dirty. The front right tire was flat with only 15PSI and the guy said I could take it down to the gas station and put air in it to see if holds air or could just refund. At that point due to need for van I had no choice but to get air. He then told me I could call roadside service to have tire replaced. I found a gash in the tire after putting air in both after getting home spent 2 hours getting road side to come by and replace tire with spare. The roadside service was nice and fairly organized but the serviceman that arrived didn’t know it was uhaul 3rd party that hired him nevertheless completed the job. Ultimately the van did fine for my 12 hour round trip but locations should be held accountable for at least putting some effort into cleaning truck to a decent nature and / or calling in repairs before customer gets. Not fair to pay almost $300 for a 24 hour rental to get a dirty smelly vehicle when other locations give a clean one in my personal experience.

SANDRA KAY MARKINA little more maintenance to the trailers as the one I rented the wiring was a bit messed up because the turn signals were reversed and the tail lights lenses were very cloudy and faded not very visible
ILIJA ILIJA HANS KOVACEVICOriginally, I had the full amount put on my card as a hold and it messed up my account. I had a corporate certificate but the location didn't utilize it. Other than that, everything was great. U-Haul worked quickly to get the payment corrected and I am very satisfied with the customer service representatives for U-Haul.

RYAN PECKHave an available unit at the customers selected location. Verify hours of operation at a location before sending your customer there Hours before rental is reserved to be picked up.. Have courteous customer service agents (ones that do not hang up on customers. Not change pick up location multiple times. The next customer will not be me...EVER!!!

Edith SpoonThe truck I was issued was in very poor condition mechanically. I had serious concern that I would not make it to my destination. Also informed the issuer that I would need the truck an extra day but still received a call asking where the truck was.
