My only complaint is that we had to drive past a number of closer and larger locations to get to this location. Would have preferred a closer location. But the attendant was great and I received outstanding service from him.Nathan H.

The self check-in/out process is NOT intuitive at all and does not feel outward facing. The app process asked the same questions several times and I was left to figure out my own â€œnext stepsâ€ several times. This was the second time I do this, and both times took me about/over an hour to figure out. Both times I had to call in for support. Please please streamline this process and provide context as to how long this might take in advance. Moving is stressful enough already, taking any time to try and figure out a clunky app is extremely frustrating. Also, it said I had a â€œcounter optionâ€ for check out which apparently was inaccurateLiz P.

This was not listed as a 24/7 self service drop off location. The attendant at the store was of no help and confused when I attempted to have her assist me with the return.Lance D.

The man who was working in the gas station was alone. He was also the one doing Uhaul transactions. He had to ask a customer to make sure my car was correctly anchored to the tow dolly. The windshield was filthy and the truck cab smelled like cigarette. The truck also made an obnoxious belt squealing noise when accelerating.Angela B.
Customer service was terrible. Did not know what he was doing was there over a hour finally I called uhaul to straighten it out. Trucks tire pressure light came on every morning.Anthony T.

Cleaner and faster service than Chicopee main Uhaul office. The guy was nice. The truck was very clean. The price was good too, compared to some other uhaul companies. This will be our go to uhaul from now onKaycee P.

The person receiving the truck did not understand how to read the gas gauge and insisted that I had not filled the tank up far enough even though I filled it more than enough. Eventually he gave in, but it required showing him why I was right and standing very close to him for an extended period.Amy V.

The young man minding the store was as helpful as he could be considering his lack of proper training. The manager was not on site, and was difficult to get in contact with. Once the manager was contacted the equipment returned was completed.Gregory T.
