There nothing else you can do to improve my I experienced top shelf customer service, very friendly very informational all around five stars.
MICHAEL NI would recommend this location to a friend but not for the mobile option. The process was not very efficient and took me almost 25 minutes over my starting reservation time. The mobile experience needs some serious fine tuning.

Genevia LI reserved a self pick up time with a dolly and pads. Upon arrival, the app did not have any pick up option to engage in, after calling customer service they had to reconfigure the reservation to allow the self pick up. Once we finally got the lock box code, there was No Keys in it; customer service then provided us with a different lock box code, that one had the keys for a different truck we ended up taking 1.5 hours later. Furthermore, the store had not prepared the dolly nor the pads for us so we didn't have either. Terrible experience.

CHRIS KMy only issue was that that van needs to have some maintenance done I had to put air in three of the tires and the key is very loose and may get stuck in the ignition and needs a battery
david sI had a reservation at the 2800 W Broward Blvd location. I made the reservation on October 17,2023. This location did not have the truck that was reserved and didn't not have any other trucks. They sent me to another location and that location did not have any trucks. I had to research myself to find a location that had a truck available. I wasted 2 hours trying to find a truck. This experience was horrible.

Nicolhas TI will never use your rental services again. Your affiliates are poorly trained, your staff lack empathy & understanding for customers. They charged my card for an extra day even though I returned the truck over night and recorded it.

philip wThe truck was very raggedly. The truck kept jerking also the pull down would not close it was stuck. I had a horrible experience and would like to get a refund . The place suppose to open up at 10 didn't open until 1030 -1045
Celisse CI was not allowed to see the Uhaul before approving if the Uhaul looked like it was in the photos. The Uhaul itself was dirty and had wood chipping in the back also some kind of dog leash with dog poop bags attached that was not mine. In the cabin there was an old French fry in the cup holders as well as some change that was left. The gas meter did not move from full I am unsure if I just didn't drive it enough to use that much gas or if the meter is broken.
CAROLINE VThis was by far the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. I waited on hold for over an hour Saturday morning to be able to even get the rental. You can see the time I finalized everything was 10:15 or later but was there at 9:00 to pick up. You made me late for where I needed to be so I lost $100 because i was late. The owner of that store said she came in at 9:30. She never showed up either. Wasn't there at 10:00 either. I have rented from you ALL THE TIME. I will be looking for alternatives in the future. I waited on hold for 20 minutes & then they transferred me & I waited another 20 minutes & then that person tells me I need to create an account. The first person should have told me that. I wasn't able to complete the rental till after 10:15 but still had to have the van back at 9:00 am. I lost money & should be compensated since this was such a disaster. I am not a happy customer.

Nellinton MAbsolutely terrible experience with this location. This location should absoltely not be permitted to rent uhaul trucks. The lady was not present for pickup. She had a note on the door advising she would return at 12pm. I waited about 5-10 min later and had to look up the number. I called, it was her personal phone. She answered advising she lived moments away.... but took another 10-15 min to show up. She had trouble processing the rental from start to finish. The uhaul blankets I rented were not in the truck...and her response was to come back later. Absolutely unbelievable. Then she couldn't find the keys and truck was blocked in. I left very late... delaying my trip and the people loading the truck by hours. There were many more problems thereafter with Uhaul representatives. Hours worth of phone calls and being placed on hold. Sometimes with uhauls emergency roadside assistance as well as the tire had a screw that had obviously been in it for 100s or 1000s of miles. That's ridiculous... emergency roadside assistance and it takes hours to get in touch with uhaul!? The truck left over a day late because of uhaul. I was promised a call back within 72 hours by a supervisor... and here I am almost a week later still trying to chase one down.
Shaun GTruck was newer and well-maintained, but could have been cleaner. Did the self-return when the location was closed which was very easy, but I spoke with a very helpful and friendly person at the location upon pickup!
