I had requested an actual U-Haul site and was directed to this other place that was very hard to find, and frankly did not feel safe. There was a prepared for demolition sign on the door, and when I walked in dogs barking greeted me. They did not have supplies and I was not told this in advance. I was shown where the trailer was and pretty much then had to fend for myself. The person helping me was very courteous and it was clear she went above and beyond, but even so, It was not what I was used to when renting a U-Haul.Linda M.

It wasn't the original location I picked. The entrance and parking were not clearly marked. I was almost greeted by a guard dog when I walked into employee's entrance by mistake. But the truck was there with enough gas to get me to my final destination. Pick up location was definitely not clean and inviting.Tammy B.
This location only had one truck for us to rent, a ten footer with no ramp. The facility had two large dogs barking at my sister and I while we were making our transaction. I also had difficulty finding the drop box for after hour drop offs. The truck I used had the check engine light on and felt like it was dragging while I was driving. Other than location this place doesn't have a quality experience to offer.Kadijah R.

weed covered property. Not clearly marked where to go. had to call and wait for a person to be called to come open the door. Truck was around the corner and down the street. no one went over vehicle to be sure we agree on any issues and no instruction to be sure could operate safely.Christina D.

My pick-up time was 9:00am but this locations staff members didn't arrive and open front door until 9:05. I also did a early check-in from my home, but I was asked for my credit card for insurance. The 10foot truck did not require insurance. All of this caused a time delay, which was not convenient due to my schedule.Angela W.

Was told to pick up truck at this location. When I arrived I was informed no truck was available for me. After leaving location and making several attempts to get a customer service rep I finally spoke to someone who told me the truck was indeed available. I drove back to this location which was not very clean and had loud barking dogs( also to step around dog poop outside retrieving my furniture pads). I finally got the truck nearly 2 hrs after I was intended to pick it up.Noel G.
First they couldn't find my reservation which had been transferred from a different location since they were closed. When I finally got them ALL my info and they found it they charged $1.79/mi but the website said .99Â¢/mi. After repeating numerous times she did not take prepaid cards as if I even asked or couldn't read the numerous signs in the small office she took my card and processed the hold payment and then I had to wait 30min because the printer wasn't working. When I came back to drop off she kept trying to charge my card double causing it to decline. All she had to do was charge the difference (I drove 10 additional miles) like I told her. She then offered me some type of promissory note bt kept telling me I wouldn't be able to rent again until the balance wasn't paid as if I were about to skip out on the bill. She ended up saying they would just charge my card the balance when the manager got in. I said fine. She calls about 15 min after I left to tell me the charge that had gone through was the pending hold charge and I said yes j kno so just charge my card the balance but she still seemed confused. Overall very tiring and irritating experience.Tina D.

They have two (2) unleashed & uncaged pitbull dogs terrorizing the perimeter of their property - including the sidewalk and side street. I was afraid that I was going to get attacked. The dogs chased me out into the street and I couldn't get back into the rental truck. When I was finally able to get inside the building, the woman behind counter nonchalantly "sorry but they're fenced in." Ugh, no they're not - the fencing is wide-open and the animals run free. I'd hate to be a neighbor and have kids. This place is outright dangerous and I would never go back there.Charles H.

Reaked of cigarette smoke. Lady who was helping us was puffing away during the transaction. There is a pit bull inside barking at you the entire time. Hidden fees made a 10 mile trip over $50. Scam and rip off. Will be posting on social media about experience. Took photos of interior too. What a waste , should have used my truck.Melody D.

I requested to have two furniture dollies with my order, which were never given to me and were not placed in the truck upon arrival. The interior of the truck was full of trash from the previous renters and was not cleaned out which I then had to dispose of as a result. I would not recommend renting from this facility to a friend nor will i use it again in the future.Kayla M.
(1) Owner smokes heavily in the office. The smoke-laden air comes out the customer service window and it is choking. (2) Owner keeps two aggressive "junkyard dogs" on the premises. While I was waiting, the dogs charged at the door separating the office from the customer area and the door started to come open. Fortunately I was able to slam it shut quickly or else I would have been attacked. (3) Although the truck was serviceable, a tire pressure warning came on within 10-15 miles. Also, there was a problem with the ignition switch requiring a fair amount of jiggling of the key to get it to start sometimes.FRANK P.

The U Haul was very dirty on the inside. I've rented several U-hauls in the past and most times they are fair in terms of cleanliness. The inside of the store had a strong odor of cigarette smoke.Shenille M.
I made reservations in a different location when i got there they took 15 min to find me to let me know they didnt have a truck for me they send me to a different location, the place stink and was very dirty, poor service, the truck was dirty and they overcharge me. The woman at the desk wasn't very pleasant. I'd like to be greeted with a smile and a greeting. When asked for my information, I'd like it to be a friendly exchange. This felt like a police interrogation. I was not happy. The guy who went out to the vehicle with me after they took down my information was pleasant and answered all my questions. My pick up location was changed the day before automatically due to availability. It would be nice to have the option of selecting more than one preferred location so that u-haul does not automatically select a location for you when yours is not available. It was extremely difficult to change the drop off location and I was told three separate ways to do this. Finally when dropping off I called go u haul and the representative was extremely helpful. It would have been nice however to be able to solidify a pick and drop off that worked well for me without all of the shifting around. Is the pick up location supposed to change upon availability? If so, it would be nice if someone contacted You through phone to provide other locations and confirm if they work for you.SEANA L.
