Easy location to drop off at, but they have scrap automobiles and items scattered all over their lot.
David LowryImprovement needed is the self checkout through mobile app. It is NOT user friendly and did not work for me. The young lady at the counter helped me through the check out manually without issue and promptly. Great for her.

Natalie Pinsonpickup is a mess, never doing it via the 24 hour junk or whatever. It should not take 35 minutes to pick up a truck. I will never use U-Haul in that form again, if I can't get the truck key from a person, I won't use it.

JOHN MONTGOMERYThe location was not an issue, as I dropped off the van after hours. I was a bit disappointed that I was charged for a few extra miles, as my estimate was not accurate. I thought it should have been a wash since I returned the van with more gas than when I picked it up, but it’s apparent a “win-win” for Uhaul on this rental.

Valentine GermannThe Supervisor racially profiled me and used racial slurs on md . Called him a liar and scammer. She said she would never rent a uhaul truck to me again. They charged me for fuel even though I refilled trunk to the original amount. I have submitted a video evidence of the odometer and fuel gauge readings and the receipts to my bank to dispute the charges. Worse experience of my life. This Supervisor wouldn't stop screaming at me.
Smith AsohThe checkout was easy, the people were friendly and helpful. The location doesn't seem to have a lot of room for the equipment. It does look like they are expanding. The location is convenient to get to.
JOHN JOHNSONThe U-Haul app is great. I was skeptical about picking up and returning a vehicle without a human to slow things down, but the app is well-made, and the whole process was like checking out a book from the local library.
Matt Rold4 hr drive home with AC that wasn't working. Did online chat on way home. Spoke with representative on Monday. She said someone would call me, that didn't happen. Hopefully they will call today.

Vicki LevinsonI reserved a 10 ‘ truck with 24/7 Truck share for 7:30 pm and made reservations the previous day. I arrived at 7:36 pm and the location was closed and the 24/7 Truck share option was unavailable. I was unable to get my truck and was on hold with U-Haul for 40 minutes with no response. Two hours after my scheduled pick up time I was able to secure a truck with the help of Matt at Customer Service.
HELENE PLATKEI was changed to a 20’ truck instead of the 15’ I had reserved on June 5th and didn’t find out until 48 hours before. The back bed of the truck looked like it had carried mulch and was not cleaned. The cabin was covered in dog hair, filthy. Literally not cleaned at all. Dirty melted chocolate wrappers and trash left in the cup holders.

They did not have a hand dolly I ordered and we only went 6 miles and returned the truck without the gas needle moving, but had to park on an incline so she said it was short gas. IT WAS NOT. 6 miles. Had to go across town for hand dolly, they were a MUCH nicer store! Never use them for anything

Diana ReynardWe were scheduled to pick up a 15’ truck at 9:00. Our original location was changed to this one a few days before pickup date due to truck availability. We were sent to another U-Haul upon arrival. At that location, we were told that they in fact did not have a truck available and were sent back to Fastlane. We received a 10’ instead at 9:30 and still had to return it at the original scheduled time because of another renter.
Hugh KeeneThe people who work at Fastlane and Auto were great at getting everything set up and working for us, which is a relief because none of the U-Haul technology (app, website, etc) would work for me when I was trying to set up pick up!! Feeling very lucky that late at night drop off went fine with the website because otherwise it would have been a nightmare to deal with. Fix the technology! The store itself was great!

Jordan RussellAt my pick up location, it was nice looking, clean, and the gentleman there was nice and helpful. But our prepaid card was declined for some reason and then we had to use cash which i will never do again cus now the $100 refundable security deposit, which I was told I would get back at my drop off location, I now have to wait to get my money back in a check that isn't even going to my address but my mother in law's since that was my boyfriend's billing address for the card on file. Plus since it wasn't to there standards of "clean" in the back from the rain the day of moving, we got charged $25 from our deposit. Then when I had questions on how exactly I would get my money back, the drop off location had no idea, one uhaul place I was going to had no idea and then I called the 1-800-GOUHAUL number and they didn't know so then was transferred to another person who didn't really know for sure. Over all not happy, not getting all my money back, having to wait 7 days to get it the mail that isn't even coming to me and now have no idea how I'm going to get the check from my MIL since she is now an hour and a half away. I'm not ever going to rent from uhaul again.

KIANNA CASTROI was told my receipt would be emailed to me when I dropped off the truck, but it is two days later and I still have not received my emailed receipt. This is not helpful. This is not the first time my receipt has been delayed getting to me.

Colleen GarrettThe low beam headlight on the passenger side was out and the driver side headlight was misaimed. Didn't realize it until the end of the move when I had to drive on the Interstate at night. Very unsettling. I would think that a headlight check should be on the list of things to check before a truck gets rented.
TONY LOTVENThe pickup / drop off had several junk cars on the premises along with the u-haul trucks. However, the online pickup process took way too long , and is not very intuitive. Consider changing that, and not asking about the location.
