LaTresha was the person I contacted to extend my reservation and she was so professional and polite. Because of her, I will only use this location in the future and I will recommend it to my friends. She made the process so much easier by her Pleasant demeanor.
Lynda FHaul need to hire better people with good cut service. A uhaul rep doesn't know how to greet you or even be friendly. My customer service representative was the worst. Location after location just bad bad. Please get better to do better.

Bobby FI had the truck for about 4 hours and went about 30 miles total... The truck was $29 and insurance was $14 but when they sent my receipt in the email my total that was charged to my card was $200. I know there are added fees but my goodness... That's a bit excessive.
Latrice YThe air filter, spark plugs, and rear brakes (periodic squealing) need to be served on that truck. The 12 volt power supply on the right wasn't working. Otherwise, it was a great running 100k+ mile vehicle! This location will definitely be my go to next time I need to rent a truck!
TRACY MYou over charged me. My card has been charged 3 times. My experience with Uhaul has been absolutely horrible. The unethical and racist mentality is appalling and dispicable. The false advertisement and poor customer service put us at risk and we did not receive what we reserved. We lost a day and money. And then you have the audacity to charge my card 3 times. I will take y'all to court if my money is not refunded.

vernon hThe address listed for the location doesn't map correctly. Although I requested no contact key pick up, I still had to talk to the agent to get the key.
Cheryl WThe inside of the cab was nasty and sticky like soda had been wasted then even though I was back on time requesting a manager to speak with to adjust my rate because my ride home didn't show up I was informed that I would still be charged for another day. The over charged me and I didn't even have it for 24 hours!!

DERRICK MI had to wait for three emissions tests to be done for three different customers prior to a representative being willing to assist. The representative refused to let me into the office to wait where it was warm, it was very windy and cold out. The representative that was in the office reminded me that he was only there to change a light bulb not to check me in. When I finally got the truck it was dirty. No one cleaned it nor inspected it prior to my pick up. There was spilled liquid inside the truck to the point where the middle seat was sticky and the floor panel. I had to buy and use Lysol wipes to clean up the inside of the cabin. This entire pick up was frustrating. A representative called me to ensure I was coming to pick up the truck. I told them I would be there in two hours and when I got there the truck still was not ready. The dollys I rented were not available there. I had to go to three different locations to locate two as I needed. I came back to pick up the tow dolly I reserved and when I got there I was told that It was reserved for someone else so I had to take the auto dolly which costed much more. I had to install the auto dolly myself because the uhaul representative was new and did not install it correctly, the chains were hanging on the floor.
Luigia RNice gentleman at counter, the rental was a clean cut experience with no hidden fees. We knew exactly what we were gonna be charged. Would definitely rent again and refer family and friends.
