Need to clean truck before giving it to customer. And not use it before and try to charge customer for miles and more fuelJose G.
The instructions has to be very clear and precise on how to pick up the truck and return it by using your phone. I followed the video on how to do it and from what I experienced it was extremely difficult because certain information was missing on how to log in when you return the truck. I had to call customer service for help and waited for almost 2 hours just to get help and notify someone of my issue. When customer service explained to me how to return the truck it was a different way to log in than what the video told me. Other than this, the truck was clean, running decent it had a hard shift with the transmission, had some big scratches on the side but ran good on gas.Darrick G.

We utilized the after hours option to drop off the truck at this location. It was a nice big parking lot to find a spot in & drop the keys in a box. Worked out very nice! Only suggestion would be to add a "U-haul logo" on the key drop box box itself to avoid any confusion. ( It was an Auto repair shop as well.) Thanks again.Douglas D.

Overall experience with U HAUL was terrible. I had limited time to move my elderly parents and U HAUL called the day before to cancel my reservation, stating they didn'thave a truck for me. Why make a reservation at all if doing so doesn't RESERVE your equipment? They finally found me a truck but I had to drop off at pickup location which required an extra hour's drive. Again, not what I made a reservation for. The contact free equipment pick up also did not work. Truly terrible customer service. I will never use U HAUL again.Jeff W.
We called and the truck was available on short notice. It was clean. The agent was quick and professional. The truck was fine. My only complaint was how expensive it was. But on short notice I had no time to shop.james J.

We were charged for 24hrs however I rented the truck at 11am and was told to return it at 6pm on the same day. When I returned the vehicle we sat in the shop for 15 mins waiting for an employee to assist us. I only received help when I called the shop and told them I was at the front desk. I will never rent from this location again, and I tell everyone to do the same.JOE B.
They didn't have the truck I wanted! Had to settle for smaller one which took me 4 loads and excessive mileages. They said they would give me discount, never happened! Had to clean 10 inches of snow off truck! Very upset customer!!Heather D.

Very convenient, very friendly. The truck though is old, needs work, alignment is horrible, brakes aren't the best, the ignition was a pain to get the key out. It shifted horrible. Other than that experience was good.MIKE P.

The two gentlemen who helped me at the counter were both friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Fast Track U-Haul. They're not rude like the regular U-Haul dealerships are. They want you in their to rent from them where is the other U-Haul dealership that I went to acted like I was bothering them. Fast Track was awesome! What really impressed me was that I needed the truck for another hour and a half and they let me have it without charge. I think they went beyond in customer service for me!barbara W.

Booked reservation 10 days ahead of time. Called the day before and was told the 15 ft truck was there. I stressed the point that I needed dolley. The truck was not there do they sent my Son to another U Haul. No truck there. Then sent him to Clinton Yep. Got a truck but no dolley. Called Uhaul AGAIN about the dolley. They said they would reimburse me 10 that I paid for the dolley and $50.00 for the aggravation of not having a U Haul. When I took it back I was charged for mileage. My Son was supposed to Pick up by My house in Warren. Why should I have to pay for mileage back to my house from Clinton Twp because a truck was not ready near my HOUSE. Also he took Van Dyke to Lapeer because the freeway was closed ??? How Do YOU count mileage??? This was no small move. It was from Warren to Lapeer. My 9:A. M. reservation gave me a late start of 21/2 hours. I had family and friends waiting in Lapeer to unpack because I am elderly.....I paid your ridiculous fee for mileage that I feel I should not have to pay My moving experience was a nightmare !!!donna M.

We returned out truck to the 15 mile location but no one there knew what to do - and we were charged 10 for mileage which would have been avoided if we had been able to drop off in New Center. This location doesn't have a night drop box and we had to return in the AM to turn in our keys. First two guys dais they didn't know what to do.Gregory G.

Attendant was uninterested in pretty much anything to do with UHaul. He would not take my returnables, saying, "We're not a UHaul, Uhaul place." Considering how often I have used UHaul over the years, this place gives a bad name to UHaulMarie S.

Everything was great with the truck and the rental facility. The only problem that we had at all was with the web site. We needed to extend our reservation and couldn't find a way to do it online. Other than that it was a very smooth and easy transaction.Amy O.
Upon picking up U-hall truck, was told that I would not be charged for Sunday. They stated that as they were closed on Sunday, that returning it back some time Monday morning, that that would be sufficient. And then they proceeded to tell me that they could not charge me for a day that they were unable to accept the u-hall return. Then I received angry/yelling phone call from them threatening to charge more at 8:30am Monday. He was telling me that the u-hall should have been back before start of business day Monday (obviously not what they told me when I picked up the truck). Very unprofessional. I urgently needed the u-hall to move my belongings out of my ex-fiance's house. A canceled wedding is devastating enough. I did not deserve such demeaning treatment from a business. The truck was still returned before 10am Monday. The vehicle smelled of smoke and window were so dirty on the inside it was hard to see out of it at night.SUZANNE L.
