Renee TWe were surprised that the location was closed when we arrived. Thankfully, the employee responded to our knocks on the door and allowed us to turn over the truck to her. We had been given no instruction for returning a vehicle to a location that was closed; nor had we been informed that it would be closed if we returned the truck precisely at the due time (3:20 pm on a Saturday).

CLYDE BOld vehicles need to be deadlined. I have twice this year ended up with trucks that have faulty brakes or shifty steering. Uhaul should not place the safety of customers in jeopardy. Fix it or nix it.

LIDIA GThis location cares about customer service. It was about 10 to closing time and I noticed that I had lost the keys to the lock for the truck. I called and I explained what had happened and they offered to wait for me to arrive to break the lock, Zaraida was so nice and didn't seem to be bothered at all to stay after 5 to assist me. The next day when I turned the truck in the check-in went so . I highly recommend this location and suggest they give the location in Arlington a class on how to answer phones and give great customer service.

Sandra RThis was not the location I booked for picking up my rental. When I went to the place I originally booked, they told me I had to come to this location. I never received an email, text message or phone call telling me about the change. I did get a phone call confirming the reservation, but they did not mention the change. It was kind of annoying to show up one place and learn that I needed to go somewhere else.

eduardo rWe rent a truck just to transport flooring and our total mileage was only 26miles when we returned the truck that same day. And they charged us 39 dollars for gas (8 gallons) making our total almost double from 47 to 92. There's NO WAY 26miles should be charged for 8gallons/39dollars! And when we called the office the next day the person we talked to was rude and wont even let us finish talking considering were asking politely. Its a SCAM!

DANIEL GNo problems at rental vehicle return location. Fast and efficient return process. During the drive, the truck had a tendency to pull slightly to the right. And gas mileage per tank was far less efficient then expected. Overall, our rental experience went smoothly.
