Choose "go to counter" to avoid confusion of mobile pickup to only arrive and find out there is no counter and got locked out of reservation trying to change to mobile pickup. Also selected a dolly to be included and there was no dolly. This website does not properly advise or prepare you for the individual experiences provider give.

CATHERINE TI ordered a truck and upon arrival getting the key out of the lock box it was a van key in there which meant I had to make multiple trips calling in complaining on hold for over a hour so I had to hang up then I returned the vehicle that day just after my 4 hour window look at my bill they charge me for 2 days rental
