It was not a safe place to me. Drug deals going on in the parking lot homeless people hanging around. The code didn't work, this was a four hour key-less nightmare. We called customer serve four times . The last lady got us to the end. She gave us like six different codes. We sill did not get in after the first one didn't work. We arrived at the pick up spot at 5:30pm. We did not get in until 9;30.pm. When we took the U-haul back we kept getting kicked out the app. We just took picture on our phone to send in. This was horrible experience.

Location provided little in the way of support. Vehicle did not have the requested furniture blankets, though I was charged for them, and also for a dolly, which was not requested. The U-Haul app was cumbersome, slow, and required about 45 minutes for vehicle pickup, from the time I arrived.

Yesenia CThe app is worthless. i couldn't figure out how to use it. i spoke with the customer service people. the were able to help me. They told me lots of people had trouble with the app. you need to fix it. i will never go to a site that depends on the app.

Lenishma DI was told on the phone that when I arrived, all I needed to do was go inside the building, tell someone I was there to pick up a Uhaul, and they would be able to take care of getting me on my way. This was not the case. The person inside knew nothing about it and I had no idea how to get the Uhaul. I drove over to the Teall Avenue Uhaul, where I had originally selected to pick up the truck and they told me I had to do everything online. It was a very stressful and frustrating experience. I finally was able to get the truck, an hour after I had requested to pick it up. Never again.
Richard SThis location is what you see in tv and movies when they want to portray a bad neighborhood. We literally felt like a target. We picked this location based it's proximity to the train station not knowing anything about the location. Dressed as tourists and carrying luggage, we truly felt like a target. I would recommend dropping it as a drop off location. There is so much more to comment on but I can se I am at the end of the survey.
Norman CI was charged a fuel fee and do not know why because I replaced the gas to the level it was at when I got the truck.
