When we picked up the truck in Fredericton it was only half full and we returned it with 3/4 tank full but got charge This Monday morning for another $44 worth of gas....we have taken pictures of the gas fuel gauge at the start and end of trip and can forward these as proof....Paul D.

We were booked to pick up the truck at 8am. We got there in plenty of time and no one was there. We called, and was told our booking was a 2pm, which was wrong as we have an email from U-Haul for 8am. So it was over an hour late by the time we got our truck.Brendon S.

we booked a truck 2 months in advance and continuously received follow up emails confirming our truck until 2 days before telling us what we booked wasn't available. we were told we could move dates but we needed to be out of the apartment and into a new apartment. we were told we could travel to a different province or a different country to get what we had asked for. with this experience i guarantee i will never use this service again and will high discourage anyone from using any of your serves.NICK L.

For a one way move to Miramichi, NB with a drop off confirmed at 38 Pollard, Miramichi, NB, we were charged a Wrong Destination charge for the return of the truck of $3079.00 and $132.00 charge for trailer drop off. How were we to return the truck and trailer to a site in Toronto on a one way trip? How would we get back to the Miramichi, book a flight for an extra expense? We returned the truck and trailer to the site identified on our contract. We are not impressed at all with the over charges that are being demanded from us. We are more than willing to pay the charges that would go with a one way trip as booked under contract # 88092448. Also, charges should be in Canadian funds as we rented from a Canadian company and not a U.S. company.ODON B.

I was expecting to close off the contract with a video on my phone that gave instructions so fast it made my head spin. We are not all Millennials. You need to slow the technology down to one step at a time, and give us a bit of a warning. That was too much for me to take after two days of moving.Herb M.
