While I rated the location as "Excellent," U-Haul's operations were very poor. Instructions were unclear and not comprehensive. After checking-in on app/online, no code was given for the lock to access the truck keys, and there were no instructions on how to accomplish this. Without the immensely helpful office staff at the storage facility, renting the truck would have been impossible.Thomas C.

Online check in and return totally sucks. As a customer I don't want to be responsible for these two processes. If I return or pick up after hours that's one thing , but not during normal business hours.John F.

The billing and website need some work. I never recieved a bill in the mail or by email nor did I ever receive an email when money was drafted from the bank. The dumpster was also locked the last 4 tiMisty S. | Overall Experience
