So there was a issue there was a dead mice inside my storage unit i have a inside storage unit there was also roaches in the hall way of my storage that’s very disturbing because now my furniture looks like it’s been eaten through and it was brand new when it was first brought to the storage unit the lady that works there is VERY rude unprofessional and it took everything in me not to take it there with her

Mayra R. | Overall ExperienceFire the rude lady that was at the location in the office of fast and easy Self Storage. All of the u haul personnel were wonderful and helpful. We had the truck washed and swept out for that reason. She wouldn't even open the door for return of the key. She had me place it in the mail slot. But u haul trains their personnel to be curtious and respectful and I am very grateful for that I will highly recommend them.

Jason S.While I rated the location as "Excellent," U-Haul's operations were very poor. Instructions were unclear and not comprehensive. After checking-in on app/online, no code was given for the lock to access the truck keys, and there were no instructions on how to accomplish this. Without the immensely helpful office staff at the storage facility, renting the truck would have been impossible.
