The early pick-up app didn't work and had to wait 2 hours until they opened. Very inconvenient & made our day longer. We won't use early pick-up app ever again! Nicole was very helpful when we changed from a 2 seat to a 3 seat vehicle. Truck steering was loose & too much play - Front end needs work!Daniel H.

This location is super convenient as it's right next to a 24hr gas station and 495. The Uhaul app does not work for returns but they were able to check it in manually.Daniel B.

This was the most frustrating experience with a rental I've ever bad. I was not provided the 4 digit code for the padlock to get into the back of the truck to get the key. It took over an hour with customer service to get that code. I wasted over an hour of my time that could of spend spend moving. Being transfered back and forth and waiting in holdThomas F.

The truck was supposed to be staged for 8:30am pickup using my online app which I did. By doing so I would get a combo for pad lock and get key. Online app not user friendly. As well as the truck was NOT staged for pickup for 8:30am so I had to wait until 9:00am when they opened. Which was very unprofessional of U Haul. In doing so that left my moving crew standing around outside of my apartment for 30 minutes waiting.Kim D.

Very poor location to find driving a 20' truck. No signage on the road indicating it was a Uhaul site. and it was tucked behind a gas station. If it wasn't for friends calling me to give me directions I would have never found it.JIM B.

Arrived at my pickup time, no one was there. Waited 15 minutes for clerk to return. She was nice but I had ordered 24 moving blankets and she told me there were none and that I could try driving to Framingham. I had to go buy some tarps from Lowes. When I went to get the truck there was someone else already checking it out so we had to straighten that out. There is no excuse for not having the blankets I ordered and not letting me know in advance. I would definitely avoid this place. It was not my first choice either, U-Haul rerouted me there the day before.William Z.

The manager, Nicole, did an awesome job, was very helpful, and went above and beyond to make this a perfect experience. The Uhaul site changed our reservation to a different, and inconvenient, location. She was able to then book us here and she did the cancellation of the oither reservation for us.JAMES D.

We had rented the truck beginning at 9. Apparantly the person working overslept and didn't arrive to open the shop until 9:30. Once we finally got it she informed us she had no reservations for that day even though us and another couple noth had confirm numbers of our reservation. Whole experience was terrible. The other couple never got a truck. There was only 1 at the Bellingham location.Debbie J.
