Not only we had to drive 30 minutes each way to pick up our rental UHaul truck bc they sent us to a different pickup location at the last minute. The truck was filthy dirty inside. I am very disappointed with UHaul, specifically customer service and etc Super expensive with a horrible service

Luke AWorse experience ever..guy in booth didn't speak English and didn't even know what he was doing as some other guy was doing everything over the phone at all times..tooked over 1hr just to get my auto transporter ready, once i was ready to leave my credit card got charged 10 extra $$, for pads? Told them right away and i was told i would get refunded once the transporter was returned..WELL just to finf free spot to park the transporter is impossible as these is a farmers market and not an actual UHAUL rental place which makes do difficult returning equipment as customers park all over. Once again, told to a diferent guy about my $10 that I got overcharged, he said he would to refunded it automatically..WELL has been 1 week already and no refund!!it's not about the $$it's about the customer service and the professionalism that is not there. These place makes uhaul look really bad, I am a regular uhaul customer but I think I would try united rentals from now..would defenely take a lot from uhaul to convince me or earn my business again..if these review helps someone I'll be happy well at least from these particular location compared to over the hill locations..

Emerson AI didn't interact with the staff other than calling to see if arriving on the 20th would mess up anyone's schedule. I didn't hear back but as far as I can tell it made no real difference so it's all good. I loved that there was a lively bar next door to the key box which made it feel like a safe place to park and swap stuff despite it being 10:30pm in a poorly lit lot on the edge of town.

Jose HNot your typical U-Haul rental location. It really is a market that just happens to have some U-Haul equipment for rent on the side. I had no issues picking up my equipment but if I would have changed my mind about the equipment I needed at the last moment, this facility didn’t have much of anything else to choose from.

We were only able to use it today for around 3 hours, I rented it yesterday , but left it parked in your lot, cuz my daughter got a migraine headache and wasn’t able to use for the time we needed ! Joe BThe biggest problem of the experience was glitches with the uhaul website sending me in loops or having other problems that wasted a lot of my time during the reservation, check in and finally resulted in my drop off not getting completed and then next day waking up to a phone call suggesting that I never returned the truck. The staff at this location was great but the truck itself had serious paint and body damage not shown on the photos, the dolly holder was broken and the exterior was really dirty. The ratios for fuel seem intentionally confusing, with the first contract mentioning 7/16th yet the truck has a label in variables of 1/8. Nobody uses 1/8 or 1/16th of gas, but then to switch them is lame and it should be changed.
Michael HDon't say you have mobile check in when you don't. Had to wait 5 hours beyond when we reserved the truck to pick it up because you're not accurately set up on the website.
