After calling to confirm my trl P/U at Oakes ND the night before I went to pick it up only to have no trailer in sight, so I call and they tell me I have to drive 2 hrs one way to pick up another trl. I am now 4 hrs behind and out of my way mind you, not u hauls way, mine. things only get worse, so now I'm 4 hours behind because of poor planning on U Haul. I get the trailer and try and load my truck and the tire strap has been cut short so I cannot secure the L/S front tire, I always come prepared I use one of my own tie-downs and secure the truck, now the recommended tire pressure on the ties says 65 max PSI I go 60 they only had 10-15 lbs of air in them. I drive off. I stop for gas in Iowa and the L/R tire is now flat I call to see if they can come out and replace the tire they told me 3 hours I hung up, for the next 2 days I continue to air up all of the tires. My strap held and I could not wait to get rid of that POS trailer. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THESES A$$ CLOWNS AGAIN, furthermore, they stuck me for 20 dollar load fee for what,I loaded the trailer and had to go and get it the need to have their maintenance and logistics programs looked at, oh and by the way I gave plenty of heads up on where I needed to pick the trl up,Brian M.

I had difficulties getting my truck as my account said that I had no orders. When calling about it Rhonda was extremely rude and not helpful at all. The storage center was not scheduled to open until noon. However, the employee/manager working was able to help me. To improve, the person who answers the phone should LISTEN to the actual problem before making assumptions and dismissing the client.Karina K.

The 1st location we were given by the telephone reservation was difficult to find and no one was there to help us. We called the #on our reservation and got a message that the # wasn't working. The 2nd location was good but the uhaul site would not load on her computer and she had to call uhaul and we had to register again. All this took us about 45 minutes.RON G.

The vehicle was clean, but definitely old and well worn. While I don't expect the height of luxury from a moving vehicle, roll down windows, torn seats, and the feeling that I was riding a horse wasn't what I was expecting. The vehicle did its job and safely moved my items though, so no complaints. The service from the store attendant was what really disappointed me. I was called the morning of my booking to be informed I could not be late to my scheduled pick-up time or the store would be closed. I did look at the store hours before selecting an available time slot , so it was kind of off-putting to receive that call. I thought maybe they have late customers a lot though, so I brushed it off. When I arrived at the location the attendant mostly complained about the process uhaul has, and was dismissive of the other customer who was there to return a vehicle. I was only given keys and a piece of paper then pointed in the direction of the vehicles. Overall it was not informative or frankly pleasant, and I received more information from the uhaul website than the attendant giving me the vehicle. I'm glad I looked at the videos available from uhaul because I would have been very confused and at a loss otherwise.Makayla S.

Did not request this location, limited weekend hours so we were after hours though our requested location was not. Out of the way from Minnesota our destination. Terrible parking, no service. Good reason to avoid UHaul in future. Change in drop off location was never mentioned, discovered on paperwork. Highly disgusted!Donald W.

I reserved the u-haul online with my corporate card for my employee to move from Jamestown to Fargo. Your employee said that the card could not be used for the payment and had the employee use their card to pay for the u-haul. I had to go to the u-haul place and have your employee reverse my employee's credit card and put my credit card as payment. Why was this so difficult for your employee to just charge my card. It was approved on line and I don't know your policies but he could have just charged my card and this would have been done and my employee wouldn't have to waste their time with such a mess.Joshua B.
I had to drive to a different location to pick up my U-Haul when I planned on picking it up right by where I needed it the guy at the original spot to pick up the U-Haul was a rude prick the guys at the secondary pick up where I got it we're awesome it would be nice to know that U-Haul is changing location to pick up without asking the bad part is I drove by this location to the get the location where I was supposed to pick it up and then had to turn around drive all the way back when you're from Montana and picking something up in Minnesota and end up picking it up in North Dakota kind of sucksJohn M.

I stated I wanted to do paper work but pick up at 7pm. Sent me to a place that closes at 6 had to be there by 530. Went in early to do paper work. Said 5 times I didn't want to pick it up until 7pm. Did paper work at 2 then told me time started then after paper work was done. Tried to cancel & come in later. Non of the 3 places could do that. Charged me 60 for something I didn't want. Very incompetent . Should gave been able to cancel it & come back later. Didn't tell me the time would start 5 hours earlier than I wanted. Brought it back and again the dealer hung up on whoever they were talking to so the return could be completed. RIP off won't rent again from uhaul. Get your act together & update your computer system.Elizabeth B.

Open at NOON?? Is a major inconvenience. Also the website to drop off a trailer when it is outside hours was confusing and I gave up. I just unhitched it and phoned the drop off center after 12 pm. The person was friendly and accommodating to check me out.Dennis H.

Storage location with uhaul as a minor addition. Sole staff member on duty was courteous, knowledgable, and took the time to make sure all details were understood. This might seem frustrating if you are not first in line, but staff was best thing about the experience.Robert C.

My pickup location was changed - busy weekend, I get that, but I picked the location because of its proximity to the move site. I had reserved moving blankets - they had none to give me, despite the reservation! I then had to drive to my original pickup site to get the blankets - which required a new rental contract. I am greatly disappointed with UHaul due to the disorganization this past weekend. Not sure if I will use you again.Russell O.
Requested 7:30 AM pick-up at another location. Was sent to this location that didn't open until noon. Had to do 24/7 electronic check out. Took a lot of time, was confusing, and frustrating. Finally just took the truck and left . . . not sure I completely finished the checkout.Daniel A.

The attendant i worked with was excellent. I was running late and in a hurry and he was very considerate of that. He also answered every question i had honestly. Thank you very much. I will definitely use that location again. In fact, i now prefer that location. Quick and efficient.Kari B.

Scheduled 15 foot vehicle online for 10:30 at another location, I was told my vehicle had not been returned yet. Sent me to this location but didn't open til 12:00 and only had a 10 foot vehicle available. I'm not dealing again with a rental company that doesn't have agreed upon equipment available. Have some extras available, it's just common sense, don't rent everything when you don't know it will be there. Ridiculous. From discussions with multiple employees at both locations this is not uncommon and I was lucky to get anything.Dennis N.
