First of all we could not locate the pick up box to get our key, 2nd the truck was way past empty that we were afraid we wouldn’t get to a gas station 3rd, the truck would not start😠 & need a booster jump, 4th, the truck was very disgustingly dirty & smelled disgusting, I could not drive it, 5th, the dashboard fell when I put my drink on it. 💥The overall truck was poorly maintained & will have 2 & 3rd thoughts about recommending anyone.

I was disappointed with the customer service and fees incurred. I would like to speak to someone regarding my experience and cost.

its not F&L Tire Shop's fault, but the u-haul pick up experience was poor due to the lack of reserved trailer at the original location. F&L Tire shop is 30 minutes away from my original reservation location which had guaranteed the trailer. That location did not have my trailer and F&L was the closest location that did.

Location horrible. Agent set pick up at after hours location on dirt road with lot sunken with water filled holes. Little gas in truck, had to pray my way to the nearest gas station. Never had a bad experience with uhaul ever until this one. The far out location cause a delay in my departure. Therefore the logistics had to change. This caused me to have to change the route from San Antonio to Houston to Plano. This extra destination and drop off was due to the truck pick up location. Way too much money, bad customer service, bad service.

Have a more secure drop-off/after-hours lock box for keys or contract paperwork. The existing one was loosely installed to the pole.

Was treated EXTREMELY WELL. The whole process was smooth & fast. The tech was awesome hooking equipment and letting me know paperwork was electronically. Will DEFINITELY go there again & refer friends.

When I picked up the truck the can was filthy with mud, The rear driver side tire needed air and the tank was empty. It was very difficult getting the lock open to retrieve the key to the truck. If the owner of the tire shop was not there then it would have been a problem. I think that the contract fine print regarding picking up a truck that does not have any fuel in it should not be fine print it needs to be bold and emphasized on the U-Haul portal.
