Stay open a little later. Make sure the uhaul drop off online works for android and Apple users. It's very frustrating to put in mileages and gas tanks when the app or website isn't compatible or user friendly. Also I put about $25 in the uhaul I had to make sure it stayed at 1/4 of a tank for drop off, and the gas gage never moved, it continued to tell me 50 miles till gas tank was empty. I would check on that for for truck, so no one gets stranded while using the truck I had.Amber H.

My "Hold Money" was deposited by your bank on Friday, February 1, and I have still not received it back! I paid everything on Saturday, Feb 2. I I paid out $81.51, and the next day I paid another $75.27. Now I know the amount $81.51 means nothing to such a large company, but that was to be all of the money I had left to live on the rest of this month. We were sent to this location to pick up the truck however we could not use the app the owner of the business had to come out and open the truck for us Which by the way the man was very polite professional and we enjoyed meeting him however your GPS locator on the app is way off we spent an hour trying to pick up the truck we could not get past the 1st step very very very irritatingCharles R.

First of all, when someone tells you that they will be there in 20 minutes, you don't leave for 45 minutes, and then say that they showed up early. They're website says they close at 6, and my fiance got there around 5, and there was no one there, after telling them that he would be there in 20 mins. The owner "wanted to close early" yeah, I would like to close early every day. but if your hours say you close at 6, then you need to close at six. Very poor customer service. Because of this place we will never use uhaul again.Mary Benoit B.

The trailer I rented I was supposed to pick up at 9AM. The trailer was not ready until 1:30PM. I had a utility dolly on the reservation. There was no dolly available and I was still charged for the dolly. I Failed to look at the inside of the trailer before I left. I got to the house and opened the trailer. It looked like a football team walked through a hundred yards of mud and then had a dance off inside the trailer immediately following.Matthew S.
