My only issue with this location was they didn't check in my rental when I dropped it off. I would assume it's cause it was storming. They were very helpful, super friendly and even backed the trailer in for me. I would use them again Thanks

It was easy to get to and find, only problem had was the app wasn't working properly but was taken care of with a call to uhaul

I had to take my own pictures and was never able to submit to uHaul that I returned the equipment, I had to be called by the return location company and asked if I had returned it and now have to send them my photos. Very confusing process.

Gary K.On the occasion you are renting to a driver who has never driven a uhaul, point out that little button on the end of the shift stick that turns on the tow. If not towing it makes it hard to drive. As soon as she saw the light on the dials I knew how to fix it. Other than that little problem all was well.
