Improve customer relations for self pick up. The key box was difficult to open and access. No dolly available, had to travel to a different location to retrieve a dolly.

cory cIf you are just trying to get the job done go for it. and do not expect it to be gas in it when you pick it up. It's not just this dealer either.

Chris MMirror was broken. Truck was nasty and smelled. The tires were low I used the car for less than an hr and he charged me a $20 service fee. The fact I paid $67 for a 1 hr rental total 23 miles used is insane NEVER again!
MARKITA HMy reservation had no truck assigned to it and there was no clerk on-site to help. I ended up with a van instead of a truck which caused me to make more trips than I originally planned for. I informed the clerk when I arrived to return the truck and there was no empathy or compensation offered

I ended up going to 5 different places before I got a uhaul at 1pm, which totally screwed up my day and the help I had. I don't think I will ever use or refer uhaul again.

MARY B1 I was handed over a truck with no fuel, I returned it with more but was charged for low fuel 2 The truck was dirty when I got it. I literally returned in the same condition, we did not eat in it, wore clean clothes and the back was completely empty. Yet I was charged a cleaning fee. 3 It did not came with the Dolly's I requested originally. 4 I had originally made reservations for a u haul, closer by and earlier. Based on my criteria: trucksize, date and time of pick up, U-Haul had send met to a location that only opened at 11AM instead of my requested time of pickup 7.30AM. U-Haul should not have rented me a truck in this poor conditions and certainly not charge me extra for gas and cleaning. Customer service is so poor. They kept transferring to the point I started to believe it was a game to them to wear customers out or did not want to deal with the situation themselves. Never was I impolite but I was hung up several times.
Huub GChris was so AMAZING!! He paid attention to detail and made sure that everything was taken care of. I was so stressed by the moving experience. However, Chris made sure that my worries were calmed. I would definitely recommend the Uhaul facility on Perkinson Road in Atlanta.

MARY Bmy rent was for 24 hours for $56 and when I delivered it 5 minutes late due to the terrible traffic they charged me another 24 hours. that's a ROBBERY.... NOT RECOMMENDED. APART FROM THE TRAILER, THE LIGHTS AND THE TAPES TO FIX THE WHEELS 1 WERE DAMAGED. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED

Christal MThe facility is nice. It’s a laundry mat and the counter is right at the entrance. The truck that I rented was filthy. The previous renter was obviously a smoker, because there were cigarette ashes all over the dash and cup holder. I told the clerk, but he didn’t bother to clean them up, he just said ok. The cab was dirty everywhere, dashboard, seats, floors, and windows. The only reason I rented it still, was because I needed it quickly.

Tonya ATruck was not ready at the time we reserved, pickup should have been done through code without needing any interaction, we drove 12 miles which is less than 1 tank of gas and we’re charged $45.
